"You look so pretty!" Tasha exclaimed. I rolled my eyes but ended up smiling anyways. I did my own hair and makeup for a change. I know, it's a shocker. "You know, they're suppose to be having that dance for Spring break next week." I groaned.
"You need a date!" She squealed. I shook my head. "Oh no I do not. I'm not going. I'm gonna have to wear a dress."
Tasha nudged me in the shoulder. "Come on." She said. We walked out the girls' bathroom and to practice. After yesterday everyone hasn't shut their mouths about how I punched Marissa. I'm not really complaining though.

Me and the guys finished early do I decided to watch Tasha and the other chicks do their cheer. That idiotic smile never left Tasha's face as Scott joined me. I gagged at their lovey-dovey stares and started walking to my car.
"Hey! Aubrey!! " I spun around and noticed Matthew running up to me. "I need. To ask you... A question." He said between breaths. I raised my eyebrow and waited for him to ask.
"Will you be my date to the dance?" He asked.
"Uh......" Crap, just crap man.
