"I think it's best if you stay and talk to Noel" I say "you can't just run away from your problems you need to fix them TOGETHER and stop letting him control you and mess with you"
"I've tried... but there's hardly ever time that he's not drunk or high on coke"
"He's not drunk or high now" I say.
"Yea but he's hungover he's always angry when he's hungover and he never talks properly all he wants to do is start arguments he just loves to anger me. it delights him"
"I see.." I say trying to think of alternative options.
"What if I try and talk to him"
"What?!" Liam exclaims with a frightened look on face.
"No no no you can't do that he'll mess with you and make you see me the way he sees me"
"Please I want to help"
"Fine" Liam replies hesitantly
"But please know whatever he says about me is just his side of the story. I don't want you to hate me"
"I don't think anyone could make me hate you" I say quickly. He gives me a small half smile.
"Should I go now?" I ask.
Liam looks over to where Noel is sitting. "Sure;he's by himself now"
