While on a mission, you and Wanda were fighting a group of agents employed by Hydra. While battling the ones that targeted you, you looked over and noticed that more of them were starting to gang up on Wanda. You tried to bring your fight closer to hers to help her out and as you sneakily approached her, you saw an agent about to strike her back with a charged baton. Without thinking, you jumped in front of it, your body absorbing the strike instead of hers and she turned to see you on the ground in a whole lot of pain. She gasped at the sight of you and as anger and sadness took over her body and powers, she screamed. The remaining agents were immersed in her red magic and blasted away. She rushed you to the nearest hospital, where you are now.
Wanda: "You could've died, babe."
You: "I wasn't hurt that badly. The doctor said all my bleeding was internal. That's where the blood's supposed to be!"
