...

"So what did the doctor say about your quirk?"
Katsuki asked.
His blond air glimmered in the light of the sun as he laid in the long luscious grass of his personal yard.
It belonged to the palace he lived within.

Izuku let out a drawn child sigh, his emerald eyes sparkled as he turned to face his younger brother.
"I can't use it. Not until the proper requirements are met"

"So what's that supposed to mean?"

"It's...useless"
He repeated the words of his father's disappointment.

"Is it...?"

"If I can't use it, yes"

"Then just learn how to use it."

"I can't"

"Why?"

Katsuki was just a four year old, he couldn't exactly comprehend what izuku had intended.

Izuku too, couldn't understand what he meant by his question.

"I don't know"

"Then you should figure it out.
You can read can't you?"
Katsuki say up as he stared down at Izuku.

They both already had a private teacher that would teach them just about everything.

Literature
Math
History
Political power
Quirks
Manners
And other basic necessities.

Izuku easily took on literature and history, they were his strong suit.
Though, he was still just as good as everything else.

Katsuki didn't find the point in learning manners and literature, he hated the subjects.

"...yes but-"

"Dad gave you 3 private librarys within your palace.
You should be able to figure it out."
Katsuki stood up.

"But-"
Izuku sat up, his green hair fluffed up with him.

"Shut."
Katsuki walked off, "figure it out soon.
After we can play hide n seek in the palace!"
He shouted as he sped up.

"But that's not fair! My presence gives me away!"

"You needed to work on concealing it anyways!"

"Hmph"
Izuku stood up and walked off to his own palace.

Both Katsuki and Izuku had luxuries no one else could even imagine.

Izuku himself had his own palace, the palace was obvious huge.
The floors were of gold marble, the halls stretched endlessly.

The palace had everything Izuku would ever need and more.

As Katsuki stated, he had 3 of his own librarys.
Along with the librarys he had his bedroom, 6 guest rooms, a star gazing room, 3 green houses, a couple living rooms, 5 dining rooms, a large kitchen, an obvious bathroom, 5 walk in closet rooms, a training room, a swords room, and more.

The palace wasn't ghostly empty either. Izuku had many maids, guards, and butlers who waited on him.
He never had to worry about being alone.

Katsuki himself had just as many things, the palaces had been accustomed to what they personally liked.

Izuku let out a sigh as he laid in his bed.

"What's wrong your highness?"
His personal butler asked as he sat by his side.

"I want to be able to use my quirk...

But I can't."

"I see..."
"I guess his Majesty's words really got to him.
It's strange though.
He has an especially strong presence for his age, it's overwhelming for those who aren't used to it either.
