You walked out of the room, your clothes completely wet as you walked over to the next room and saw the portrait.
You: Well, I'm gonna be sick....
Toad: HELLO!!
You jumped and looked towards the Toad, who was holding a new outfit for you.
You: When did you get here?!
Toad: WE SEE AND HEAR EVERYTHING!!!
You felt creeped out about it and took the outfit.
You: Thanks, I guess?
You slowly walked away from the Toad as he kept staring at you with that smile.

You came out of the changing room, wearing a plumber's outfit. Luckily, it was for men and it was your size.
You quickly ran back to the room and the Toad wasn't there anymore. You shuddered at what he just said and jumped into the portrait, entering the next world.
