"Hey Ana, be ready. I'll be there in five minutes." Shawn said.

"Alright."

I hung up the phone and walked downstairs, picking out a pair of shoes as I heard a knock on my door.

"Hey Shawn." I said, opening it.

"For you, gorgeous." He responded, handing me a bright red rose, with a big smile.

"Thanks." I mumbled, taking it from his hand.

"So, what'd you want to do today?" He asked, shrugging his shoulders, his hands stuffed in his pockets.

I took a deep breath, walking over to the couch and sitting down.

"Ana? Is everything alright baby?" He asked concerned, sitting down next to me.

Shawn placed his hand on my thigh, tracing circles on my skin with his thumb.
I shifted uncomfortably in my seat, as he removed his hand.

"Well?" He asked.

"No Shawn. Everything is not alright! You know exactly what you did. How can you come over and sit here, telling me you love me, while you're saying the same things to another girl!" I yelled, getting up.

"Baby, what are you-"

"Don't call me baby. You know what I'm talking about Shawn. I saw you yesterday with Lauren." I spat angrily.

"Ana." He sighed, a guilty look plastered on his face, "I'm sorry."

"Save it Shawn. I really thought you loved me." I shook my head.

"I do!"

"Then why would you cheat, huh? Answer that." I interrogated him, staring into his eyes, searching for an answer.

He looked down at the floor, shifting his feet as he chewed on his bottom lip nervously.

"Exactly."

I turned away, heading back for my room before Shawn got a chance to see me cry.
I quickly wiped my eyes and blinked back more tears.

"Ana, please." He stopped me, placing his large hand on my shoulder as he turned me around.

Sadness replaced my anger as tears brimmed my eyes, my lip trembling as he looked at me with guilt.

He leaned in, placing his lips on mine as he wrapped one arms around my waist, the other resting gently against my cheek.

He moved his lips slowly, my stomach turning in excitment. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn't bring myself to stop him.

We pulled away, looking into each other's eyes before I pushed him away from me.

"You can't do this to me, Shawn." I said, shaking my head, my lip quivering.

"Do what?" He whispered, reaching out to hold me as I backed up.

"This," I pointed at two of us, "You can't cheat on me and then come back and kiss me, hoping that'll fix everything."

"I didn't-"

"Leave." I cut him off, shutting my eyes as I pointed to the door.

"Ana-"

"Shawn. I think it would be best for you to go."

I bit my lip hard as he slowly nodded his head. Fiddling with his fingers nervously, he walked out.

"Bye Ana."
