If you were given the chance to be in the same world as your fictional lover would you take it? Of course the thought is absurd! You can't live in a fictional world! The closest you'll get would be a cosplayer.
But what if I told you there is a gir...
I sit across from Tamaki in the quiet library. Nejire sits beside me and Mirio across from her. We've been here for about an hour already just studying for the exams that we'll start taking tomorrow. I glance up from the book in front of me to look at Tamaki. I quickly avert my eyes when I see he was already staring at me. I feel my face heat up and chance a second glance. His face is just as red as mine feels to be.
Cute...

"See you two love birds tomorrow! Good luck on your upcoming exams!" Mirio exclaims as he and Nejire disappear into the distance.
I stand next to Tamaki in an awkward silence. Finally after a moment I break it.
"So...uh...Tamaki, where are you taking us on t-this d-date?" I timidly ask
"Ah! S-sorry! I-I uh spaced out!" Tamaki stutters
"It's okay. I-I was jus-t asking about our dat-te" I shyly giggle
I turn to face Tamaki and wait patiently for his answer. He fixes his gaze on the ground before meekly grabbing my hand and starts walking the opposite direction of the library.
"I-it's a spe-special place I-I like t-to go to wh-when I get over...overwhelmed. I-It's a-a bit of-of a walk th-though s-so I hope yo-you don't-t mi-mind." He mutters just loud enough for me to hear.
"O-oh ok" I answer.
We walk in silence hand in hand. His hands are actually soft for a pro-hero in the making. They are also kinda sweaty. Which honestly is to be expected, I'm sure he's nervous. I mean I'm nervous. Wait! Are my hands sweaty?! I hope they aren't! But if they are, it's not like he'd mind right? I mean his are sweaty. He also hasn't let go of my hand yet so I hope it's ok. Right? Right?!
"Y-Y/N w-we're h-here." Tamaki stutters, breaking me out of my nervous trance.
"O-Oh..." I say
We awkwardly let go of each other's hands and Tamaki walks beside me as he leads us to the final stop. Finally after trekking up a hill light breaks from over the top. It's an outlook of the city. There is a worn dirt path leading to the edge that is guarded by a rickety wooden fence. There is also a small shelter off to the side with picnic tables underneath it. It is pretty and definitely calm.
Tamaki walks over to the edge overlooking the city as I stand in place and look at my surrounding area. I'm surprised that there are no other people here. This would be a killer hang out spot. Or uh...date spot.
I walk over to Tamaki and go to lean on the fence but he grabs the back of my shirt and pulls me away softly.
"M-Mirio le-ent o-on that f-fence o-once and i-it bro-broke apart. H-He would've-ve got-gotten hur-t if he-he didn't h-ave his qu-quirk." Tamaki stutters a warning.
"Oh..." Is all I say as I back up slightly.
We stand in silence for a moment just looking out at the city as the sun sets behind the great skyscrapers. As I watch the vast outlook Tamaki steps back and unzips his backpack which catches my attention. I turn around to see Tamaki pulling out a quilt and laying it on the ground. He then sits on it and just fiddles with his fingers. Getting the memo I sit next to him and go back to watching the sunset.
Again I hear the zip of his bag and I look over once more. Tamaki pulls out two bento boxes. He places one in my lap and the other in his. He glances at me before going back to looking at his bento unmoving.
"T-Thanks..." I smile shyly
"Y-you're We-welcome." He responds
I open the bento to see white rice and grilled chicken as well as some cooked vegetables. I smile widely at the savory aroma and look at Tamaki with excitement.
"Did you cook this?!" I exclaim.
"Y-yeah...I-I did" He answers bashfully.
I smile and take the metal chopsticks he gave to me as well and start to eat the yummy goodness inside of the bento. Totally off topic but I am proud to say I have learned how to use chopsticks correctly in my time in this world.
I smile after eating a bit of the bento he made and turn to him.
"This is so good!" I squeal
"T-Thanks Y/N" He smiles slightly
We sit in silence for a while as we both eat in peace. I enjoy every bit of this cooking as I eat it. He will be the one cooking when we are married cause I can't cook for shit. One of those things my parents in the real world didn't teach me.
I hum a noise of acknowledging his request. He looks down at his half eaten bento and sighs before asking his question.
"W-Why do-do y-you...l-like some-someone so borin-g and aw-awkward li-like me?" Tamkai asks meekly
I stare at him stunned.
"Why would you ever think of yourself as boring?! You are not boring! You are amazing! You are an awesome person! You are a wonderful hero with a unique quirk. You are too kind for your own good and you are an amazing cook! And so what if you are awkward! I like that about you! I think you are so cute and such a ray of sunshine. I love that side of you. I-I...I love you." I passionately rant.
He sits there staring at me in shock with a deep blush on his face. He moves his mouth but can't get the words out. I smile bashfully and hide my face away.
"You-you ah...uh...l-l-lo-ove m-m-me?!" He stutters frantically
"Y-Yeah...I do." I smile a little wider
"I-I l-love m-me t-too...I mean I love you t-too! Y-you t-too!" He corrects himself quickly.
I giggle before smiling warmly at Tamaki. He stares at me for a short moment before averting his eyes to the skyline. I follow his gaze and let the peace of the moment sink in.
I stare at him for a moment as I overthink the moment. I hadn't kissed anyone before...if I do let him kiss me it will be my first kiss...
"Y-yeah...b-but can I-I uh...close my eyes and you kiss me? I-I d-don't really uh..." I struggle to say
He laughs quietly before nodding. I smile nervously and close my eyes. I sit still scared to move even an inch.
Soon enough there it is. A warm feeling settles in my gut and his lips are on mine. I'm sure it lasted for a couple of seconds but it could've been an hour and I wouldn't have known any different. I slowly open my eyes to Tamaki looking down at his discarded bento and fidgeting with his fingers.
"I-I...Thank you." I say
It's the only thing I can think to say.
"Y-you're welcome" He responds
