**Kohl POV (Raven's X mate)

"Did you complete the mission?" My boss asked.

"Uhm.. No.. Uh... Her mate cam-"

"No excuses! I will have to terminate the ratchet girl myself. I should've killed her when I had the chance. Goodbye."

**Raven POV

"YOU are perfect for me David. Please don't leave me. I won't ever complain about you changing again."

"Well you were right I have changed.. I'm not in love with you anymore."-

"Raven," Vince' voicebrought me out of my book.

"Yeah?"

"Now that were.. Together and all, I was thinking may you could meet my parents?"

"Um.. Alright.. Today?"

"We don't have to if you don't want to."

"No, no. I want to."

"Okay. So we can leave now, if you want."

"Okay."

------ *At Vince's parents house*
He brought me into his kitchen.

"I have to go find some papers upstairs, make yourself at home."

"Okay."

I turned and started looking through some cupboards. Geez, they may be vampires but they have to have chocolate.

"What are you doing?"

I whipped around, a young looking man was standing there.

"I'm looking for chocolate..."

He narrowed his eyes at me. "I meant, what are you doing in my house?"

"Ohh! I'm waiting for Vincent- he's my boyfriend-"

"Ah! I see. Follow me."

"Um, Vince said-"

"Guards!" He shouted.

My eyes widened. "Um.. Thats not necessary- Vince will be back-"

"Shut up, you little gold digger. My son chooses better then you're kind."

Guards came in and cuffed my wrists, the silver burned into them.

"Hey! Ow, that hurts! Hey, stop that!" I said angrily.

"Quiet!" The guard huffed.

"No-" I felt a cloth go around my mouth, a stinging and burning sensation radiated from it.

I wanted to scream- but the cloth was restricting my way of talking. I quickly contacted Vince through out mind link.

"Vince, help!"

"Yes? Whats wrong?" He answered immediately.

"Please! Come downstairs I think your father is-"

I felt a prick in my arm and my link was cut off, what?

Vince's father smirked. "So that you can't contact your little 'friends'. "

I heard Vince's voice slowly get closer as he spoke, "Dad what are you-" He cut himself off once he saw me.

"Raven!" He cried out. "Guards dismissed!"
