Chapter 11

Andy's POV
"marry me"
The words replayed in my head. "What did you say mi amor" I said thinking I was hearing things "you heard me Andrea Herrera will you marry me?" She said without a single stutter.

"Victoria...I will not marry you." I said "what but I thought we had-" she stated to say "I will not marry you right now but I have every intent of marrying you in the future but I refuse to marry you in such a vulnerable state." I said clearly "I would never let you do something you'll grow to regret like I did with Robert." I said staring deeply into her beautiful eyes
"With you Andy I could never regret that." Vic said returning my gaze. "Me either mi amor but I could never risk that I love you to much." I said pulling her into arms.

Vic's POV
While Andy was holding me my phone rang. "Hello?" I said because I didn't recognize the number "is this Victoria Hughes?" Yes this is she "I am Gabriella Martinez, I will be handling you case with Robert Sullivan and Theo Ruiz by any chance do you have Andrea Herrera with you?" She asked "why yes I do actually." I said shooting a smirk at her "perfect if you can put me on speaker we can discuss the process going forward." She said nicely "ok you're on speaker." I said "ah ok hello Ms. Herrera." She said sweetly "hello!" She said shortly "well to cut to the chase I think we should all meet somewhere and we can discuss this in person does that sound okay?" Gabriella said "that sounds great we can meet you at the coffee on broadway this Saturday" I said brightly "that sounds perfect have a good day ladies" Gabriella said hanging up

*saturday*

No one's POV
"Thank you both for coming" Gabriella said shaking Vic and Andys hands "it was no problem!" Vic said sweetly "I am afraid I have bad news things have.......changed.......since we last talked." Gabriella said slightly loosing her confidence. "What do you mean?" Andy said with a slight chuckle? "Due to a lack of evidence neither Robert nor Theo can be charged with anything I'm so sorry ladies but I have to go I have another case." Gabriella said leaving.

Andy's POV
I couldn't believe it. I completely froze. The words she said sent a chill down my spine all I could hear was Vic trying to get my attention until she just eventually walked me to the car.

"Vic," I said my voice broken. "What is it my love?" She asked her voice sweet as ever "do we deserve these things to happen to us?" I said tears starting to flood my eyes "Andrea Herrera you listen to me remember what you said to me last night NO ONE deserves ANYTHING like this EVER." Vic said tears starting to fill her eyes as well "can we go home and lay together?" I asked as Vic started the car "I was gonna say the same thing" Vic said giving Andy a passionate kiss.
