PLUNDERER CHIC (COMPLETED)

CHAPTER TEN

Monday came, and like a normal student usually do, I attended my classes early, and have lunch with Zel as always.

"You still have that 'group activity' later, right?" Zel asked emphasizing the words 'group activity'.

"Yeah." Tanging sagot ko lang.

"Can I come?" She suddenly asked again.

"I don't think so." Sagot ko naman.

"Eh, why!? Sino ba mga kagroupmate mo?" She asked again. Sinulyapan ko lang siya then I shrugged my shoulders and started to walk away, not minding to answer her question.

"Hey, Shein!" malakas na pagtawag niya. I just waved my hand habang nakatalikod at nagpapatuloy sa paglalakad pabalik sa classroom ko.

I am already goin' upstairs when I saw Alexus and Ice walking towards my direction, too.

"Hi, Shein." Alexus greeted with his usual smile.

I just stared to both of them and nodded while didn't dare to stop walking nor opening my mouth to greet them.

"Ay? snob?" I heard him said habang nakasunod sila sakin.

I remain natural, walking my way to our classroom. Hindi ko sila pinansin dahil madaming mga mata ang nakatingin sa kanila parati. Buti sana kung hindi ma-issue ang mga taga-RU.

Nang makarating ako sa classroom ay agad akong naupo sa chair ko. Joellen waved her hand when she saw me, I just nodded while wearing the simplest smile I can wear.

As what I observed before. The atmosphere is somehow different than our first month. My classmates seems only a bit wary about the presence of those two, unlike before, they can't even move an inch when the two will enter.

Thanks to me of course, my plans are always a success. Tho, I'm curious why Ice and Alexus didn't do much to go against during those pranking.

Well, I think I can guess that question a little. They don't see any weaknesses from me in academics. Even tho, I acted timid sometimes, and I haven't shown them my full capabilities. That's my secret bullet, so I'm not planning to use it for no reason.

"Are we now going?" Joellen asked.

Our last period for this afternoon has finally already ended. So she immediately came to me and asking about going to Ice's place.

I looked at Alexus and Ice who were getting ready to leave.

"We'll go ahead. We'll just wait in the parking lot." Sabi ko habang inaayos ang bag ko bago tumayo na.

"Wait, let's just go together—"

"No." Pagpigil ko sa sasabihin ni Alexus. Sinulyapan ko lang sila then nakita ko si Alexus na napanguso while Ice?, well I can't always read him.

I immediately look away and walk away while Joellen's behind me.

Pababa pa lang kami ng hagdan when I saw the two guys who's following us in a short distance.

Nang makarating kami ni Joellen sa parking lot ay kasunod parin namin sila. As always, hindi ko sila pinansin while Joellen talk to them about sa pagpunta namin sa bahay ni Ice.

"Kayo na mauna, susundan nalang namin kayo." I heard her said that to Alexus.

Nasa tapat na ako ng sasakyan ko and nasa may gitna sila ng daan kaya rinig ko.

Napapalingon nalang ako sa ilang taong nakatingin sa kanila. It wasn't long tho, but I'm sure gagawin nilang big deal yun, once malaman nila kung ano ang pinagusapan ng dalawa especially! pagnalaman nilang papunta kami sa bahay ng dakilang yelo.
