Monday came a bit too quickly for my liking. Liz had come home late, I was sleeping but she was up and making breakfast when I got out of the shower.

"Have a fun weekend?" She asked with a smirk. She knew I had gone out with Yoongi... not gone out, out but.. Yeah.

"Yeah. The um.. Party thing was amazing. So many famous people, I could hardly believe it." I said while fixing my hair and nibbling on a slice of toast.

"I thought you said he was just some music guy. You said he was trying to start his own company or something?" She asked, coming over and placing a few sausage links on my plate, right next to my eggs.

"That's the thing, I thought that's all he was. But like.." I took a bite of my eggs and chewed quickly. "He's super popular." I finished, swallowing and taking a sip of my coffee.

"Well, at least he makes money and doesn't have to leech off his parents." She chuckled. I knew what she was talking about and nodded.

"Yeah. Guys like that are not for me." I laughed a bit. Finishing off my eggs.

"So, did your little date end with a happy ending?" Liz wiggled her brows at me, sitting down across from me with her breakfast.

"No... but he looked really good. I mean, when he first came and rescued me from bad drunk choices I might have made... I knew even while buzzed that he was sexy as fuck. But sober me? Yeah I admit, I had trouble not wondering what he looked like with his shirt off." I admitted.

"But no happy ending?" She pouted.

"Nope. I thought there was something there... but as it turns out, he's just a nice guy who wanted to give me a job. A job that I start today by the way." I reminded myself as I sipped more coffee and collected myself. I cleaned up and got everything I thought I might need.
As I was getting my shoes on I got a text from the driver Yoongi sent to get me.

"Have a good first day." Liz waved and chuckled.

"I can't make that promise." I muttered back, partially dreading this new venture. I was driven not too far, to a large cream and brick building, large windows, maybe 12 floors, not a huge huge building but large. I was directed to enter and check in at the desk. The woman there was maybe in her early 40's, nice smile, hair pinned up in a neat bun at the back of her head, a few light curls hanging in front that were too short in length to be held back.

"Right. You're going to take the elevator here down to HR first, it's the B-1 on the pad. The woman there, her name is Su, she's going to get you set up with all the work forms and get you your key code and your badge so you can enter and check in. Any questions?" She asked with a smile.

"None for now, thank you." I replied.

"Alright, elevators are right over there. Good luck and I hope you have a great first day." She smiled and I nodded, both of us giving a little wave as I made my way around the corner to the right, entering the only open elevator. I pressed the button for the first basement floor, the doors opened revealing a red brick wall with two gold letters- HR.
I went the way the arrow pointed-to the left and was greeted by a woman in a white blouse and a red knee length skirt.

"Su?" I asked.

"Ah, you must be Piper?" She questioned. I nodded and smiled.
"Welcome, right this way." She smiled and motioned for me to follow her. "First time working for a label?" She asked.

"Yeah." I replied.

"Don't worry, it's actually kind of fun. Well, if you're up on the higher levels, which I'm sure you will be, translator right?" I nodded at her question. "Yeah, you'll be up there with the producers, getting to see the stars." She giggled a bit. "Stand here, in the middle of the canvas. I need to take your photo for your badge." She directed me to the spot on the floor in front of the white backdrop, it was marked with red tape in an x. I stood on it and looked right ahead, the camera hooked up to a machine that printed the badges. I kept forward and gave a very small smile, the flash went off and I was instructed to collect the forms.
While I waited for the badge to print, I filled out all the paperwork needed. The woman made copies of my ID and SS card. By the time everything else was done, I was handed my new badge and given a code.
"You're all set here dear. Why don't you head up now and put that code into the keypad on the elevator, it will allow you up to the upper floors. You're going to want to head to the 10th floor and meet with Jia. She'll get you all set up." She smiled. I nodded and waved goodbye.
Entering the elevator again, I noted the keypad and began to tap the numbers in. The upper floor buttons lit up and I pressed the button for the 10th floor.
The doors opened again and I stepped out onto very white and shiny tiled floors. There were signs on the deep gray brick wall in front of me. The receptionist desk seemed to be to the right, so I walked that way. Soon I came to the gray marbled desk with a black front panel and the word receptionist in gold letters attached to the front of the desk. The woman behind the desk greeted me with a smile.

"Hello, Welcome to-" She paused when she saw the badge I had in my hand. Her hair was up like Su's but she had a more dressy blouse and a pencil skirt. This woman was also younger than Su. Maybe in her early 20's.
"Ah, you're the new translator. I'm Courtney, Mr. Min and Mr. Kim's secretary." She smiled and came around to greet me.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Piper." I shook her hand as she extended it. She motioned for me to follow her down the long corridor.

"This section is Mr. Kim and Min's, the other side belongs to Pdogg. He's the CEO and producer. Mr Min and Mr. Kim are the top producers here besides him. You'll be translating, sending emails, re-writing emails so that they can be read by all 3. I'll forward the emails to you, and you'll be sending them back to me." She talked as she walked me past three sets of doors.
"This is the meeting." She paused in front of a new set of tinted glass doors. "You will sit in and translate when any of the three need you to. You will know ahead of time when you're expected to be here... always be at least twenty minutes early." She explained, turning around and walking me back to her desk, there she opened the dark stained door behind her desk and led me inside. The room behind here was large, there was a sitting area as well as a kitchen area, and two desks, one on the left and one on the right in the back.
"You'll mostly be working from one of the desks here. Pick either one, and we'll get you logged into what you need. We already have your work email set up and everything so take your pick." She said, motioning to either desk.

"I'll take the one on the right." I told her, she led me over to it and sat down, logging into the computer and setting it up. She tore off a sticky note that was on the desk beside a stack of paper, a hole puncher, a tin of paper clips and a stapler.
"There we go, here's your log in into. If you need any other supplies or when you need refills, the list of need to know emails is right here. Contact them and they'll get you what you need. I'll be just outside if you need, you're automatically clocked in as soon as you log on, since I just logged you on... you're on the clock, but I'll send a note to HR to add on the time you were here." She smiled as she finished telling me what was needed and about the room. She let me know when my breaks were and where the bathroom was, there was a door to the bathroom connected to that room so I wouldn't need to go far.
Courtney left the room and I got myself a bottle of water from the fridge she said was open to all of us. I sat down and opened the email icon on the desktop.

"First day... and I already have 50 items I need to translate? Sheesh... At least it's quiet in here." I muttered to myself and took a sip of water as I got right to work.
Lunch time rolled around and I noticed Courtney enter with a small group of men carrying something behind her.
