"Chanelle wake up." Hakeem says while shaking me.
My eyes fluttered open and I looked out the window. My mouth dropped at the scene. We were parked in front of the biggest house I ever seen in my whole life. Like this house could fit at least 6 regular sized houses in it. No lie. Hakeem got out the car and jogged around to my side.
"Who house is this?!" I ask still admiring the house.
"Hol on. You'll see." He smiles while getting the bags. I sigh as I wait for him to come around with the bags. he headed up to the door and took some keys out his pocket. He pushed the door open and I entered behind him. My mouth dropped from the scene. It's a nice view outside. But inside is GORGEOUS. From the choice if culture to furniture and decoration. it was beautiful. This has to be Blu Ivy play house or sum shvt, I thought to myself. Hakeem laughed at my reaction as he pulled me to the living room. Shvt the living room bigger than my grandmama house!
"Keem this is the most gorgeous house I've ever been too." I state looking around.
"Yeah. But it caint compare to to beauty." He smirks at me.
"Shut up." I blush looking down.
"Champagne madam?" A waiter ask startling me.
"Oh n-no thank you." I shake my hand
"What? Babe this is a classic you HAVE to have some." Hakeem insists handing me a glass of the tray.
"Hakeem I really don't think I sh-"
"Don't think..." he cuts me off while walking toward me with the glass in his hand.
"Just do." He finishes while holding my glass out to me. I smile nervously and take the glass from him.
"Okay." I say touching my glass with his. He eyed me while sipping his drink before looking away. I tipped my glass back slightly as he watched me. When he turned away I spit the small amount I let sit on my tongue in the nearby sink quickly. When he turned back around and I" smacked my tounge and nodded.
"Mmm. T-this is really good." I say nodding while looking at my glass, before clearing my throat. He nodded in agreement before chugging the rest of the glass down. My eyes widened as I watched him. I set my drink down on the counter and sighed.
"Hakeem this really is the nicest thing someone's ever done for me. I really appreciate it babe. Thank you." I hug him tightly. He hugs me back and tilts my head up before placing his lips on mine. The doorbell rang ruining the whole moment and Hakeem sucked his teeth.
"Wait. W-who is that. I thought it was just gonna be the two of us." I pout looking up at him. He pecks my lips before releasing me.
"I know and it is. Look, you go get settled in, in the room. You know, finish yo champagne, kick ya feet up, relax. Aight? And Ima go get rid of whoever this is. I'll be up in a minute." He explains before pecking my lips as the person started knocking. He jogged off and I sighed before trying to pick my bags up, to attempt dragging them up the steps.
"Would you like my services, madam? The butler asks me. "Oh, would you?" I ask nicely standing up. As soon as I stood up a sharp shooting pain ran through my stomach causing me to hold my stomach and cringe.
"Madam? Are you alright? Shall I go get Mr. Gray?" The butler asks approaching me.
"No no no. I-I'm fine. Thank you." I say slowly trying to stand up.
I took a few deep breaths before standing up completely. He nods before leading the way. I follow behind him trying forget the pain that I'm having. We got to the bedroom and it was a beautiful luxurious room. Making me forget all about the pain. It looked like the type of room Hakeem and I'd have if we were married or something. It was gorgeous. Alfred (the butler) sat my bags down before exiting the room. I started to get unpacked and settle in. We're staying for two weeks, so might as well make it like my second home. And I did. I got everything where I wanted it, wifi hooked up to my iPad, toiletries settled up everything. Clothes in drawers. It was weird because I got done packing for me AND Hakeem but he still hadn't come up. I changed clothes quickly before I started going back down stairs.
