Requested by Aeriya_Loeyr- I was asked to write a one-shot that had a horror/thriller theme to it and the idea I came up with couldn't be covered in just one update, so I decided to write a mini about it! Let Her In is what inspired this one-shot. Enjoy!

When his phone lit up with a message from Baekhyun asking if he was free later that night, Chanyeol honestly wasn't entirely sure what to send back. He had been avoiding the latter since he had figured out his feelings for him a month ago, and now that they had crossed paths again it seemed only natural that the college student would want to catch up. But Chanyeol wasn't entirely sure he was ready for that, especially since Baekhyun now knew that he was a part of a secret government task-force that only those with high-level clearance knew about. However due to the nature of their relationship and Baekhyun's importance to their recent case it made sense that he be given clearance to allow an easier flow of communication between himself and the team.

"I don't understand why you're overthinking this.." Sehun deadpanned from his desk, boredom evident in both his tone and expression. "The guy is merely asking you to come over to his dormitory for a catch-up, which wouldn't have happened if you hadn't run away from him with your tail between your legs!"

"You are so not helping!" Suho scolded the youngest, not afraid to use the rolled up file in his hand as a punishment tool. Sehun whined at the hit delivered to the back of his neck, eyes narrowing as he glared at his hyung who responded to his daggers with a displayed tongue. Minseok sighed from the other side of the room, his head resting comfortably in his hands as he watched the bickering duo fall back into their usual habits.

"If you don't want to go, just explain that to him. He'll understand, it's not like he's a child-"

"But I do want to go," Chanyeol cried, palms manoeuvring his cheeks from the building frustration of the situation. "I want to go so I can talk to him and get to know him better.. But at the same time I'm nervous since it hasn't been very long since I recognised my feelings for him and now we're both going to be in his dormitory alone and-"

"And you're afraid that you won't be able to hold yourself back from defiling him?" Minseok wondered, head tilting to the side making him appear innocent despite the vulgar words he had just sprouted. Chanyeol gawked at him in surprise, the medic's words drawing the two bickering fools back into the conversation. "What?" he cried, uncomfortable with the attention. "I'm merely stating what everyone else is thinking!"

"I'm not thinking about it!" Chanyeol denied, though his words seemed to cause a shift in the air. Everyone turned to look at him, each of them wearing the same exact expression they had pointed at Minseok not even a moment before. Chanyeol rolled his eyes. "Okay maybe I've thought about it, but it's a natural occurrence!"

"It's been awhile since he's gotten any." Jongin supplied to the group, his statement making Chanyeol's embarrassment grow stronger. "It would make sense that it crossed his mind since he's so wound up all the time, hey! Maybe this will be a good thing, perhaps Baekhyun will be able to get him to unwind!"

"I'm texting him that I'm not going." Chanyeol addressed the room, freezing when his entire team appeared before his table daggers in their eyes. Suho snatched the phone clean from his hand, index finger pointed straight at his Captain's forehead.

"Now you listen to me, Park Chanyeol." the man declared, voice cold and distant. Despite his rough exterior Chanyeol still found himself swallowing a lump at Suho's threat. "Baekhyun is after working up the courage to make the first move which he has done by inviting you to his dormitory tonight, the least you could do is accept his invitation because you don't know if he will offer it again if you decline. Since you don't exactly know what to expect I suggest that you prepare yourself for anything so my advice to you is leave early, go home and clean up, stop by a convenience store on your way there and pick up a gift for him. After that just let things flow naturally."
