Abhi and Mahima enter Akshara's room to check her. Once they are done they came out others went to them. 

K- Abhimanyu Akshu kaisi hai. 

Ab- Filhal stable hai humne medication dedi hai jisse Akshu ke heart beats control me rahenge. Magar sc..scans ke report thik nahi hai. 

K- Kya aya reports me. 

Mh- Akshara ko brain injury hui hai usse skull me fracture huva hai jiski vajahse brain me bohat zyada swelling hai. Humne humare best neurologist se baat kardi hai vo aarahe hai. 

K- Akshu ko hosh kab aayega. 

Mh- Akshara ko brain swelling ki vajahse hosh nahi aaraha hai. jaise he Dr. Armaan Malik aajaye hum aage ki process start kardenge. 

K- Mahima aunty meri Akshu thik hojayegi na. 

Mh- Dekho Kairav me ek doctor hu aur me baat ko ghuma phira ke bataneme nahi maanti to me tumhe directly bolti hu Akshara ki condition bohat he zyada complicated hai. Akshara ko do goli lagi hai ek clavicle ke upar dusri peet me. Humme Akshara ke dil me hole dekha uski surgery hui. Uske blood me high amount of antidepressant aur sleeping pills mile hai. Phir yeh skull fracture aur brain swelling. Agar ek insan ko enmese koi ek bhi chez ho to bohat dangerous hai aur Akshara ko yeh sab ek saath huva hai to Akshara ki condition aur bhi zayada critical hogai hai. Recovery bhi bohat difficult hogi. Hum sab ko bohat himmat rakhni hogi aur Akshara ko bohat motivate karna hoga aur uske aas paas sirf positivity rakhni hai. 

As Mahima finished Dr. Mallik came to examine Akshara. Abhimanyu and Mahima followed Dr. Mallik and the three of them were discussing Akshara's case.

Dr. M- mene sare scans or reports check karli hai or care plan bhi bana liya hai. 

Mh- To phir kya plan hai Dr. Mallik. 

Dr. M- Dr. Mahima I have prescribed some medication that can slow the swelling and decrease the swelling. Sath me hum Akshara ko hypothermia treatment denge. 

Mh- Dr. Mallik sorry to interrupt but kya me puch sakti hu ki hypothermia treatment kyu, Akshara ko already breathing me problem ho rahi hai, aur uske saath saath Akshara ko heart issues hai, agar hum Akshara ko hypothermic treatment denge to uska sidha effect uske heart pe hoga jisse uski heart beats slow hojayegi. 

Ab- Yes Dr. Mallik aur Akshu already beta blockers pe hai arrhythmia ki liye, aur hum beta blockers bandh bhi nahi karsakte hai. Aur hum sirf hypothermic treatments pe depended nahi hosakte hai Akshu ki brain injury ko treat karne keliye. Is there any other treatment to treat her brain injury. 

Dr. M-  Dr. Abhimanyu - Dr. Mahima I know will the issues going on with Akshara we have to compromise and find the midpoint of the treatment. Humme Akshara ke dono issues pe focus karna hoga to humme as a team kaam karna hoga. So I would suggest that aap beta blocker ka dosage kaam karde aur sath me meri hypothermia treatment bhi start kardunga aur throughout the process humme Akshara ke vitals pe bohat dhayan rakhna hoga to make sure she is able to withstand the treatment that she is going through.
