Marriage, the most common meaning is a union between two people in holy matrimony. But if a love between two people can be good, then why not double it to four? After all, that's where the most influential, wealthiest, and well known family on the Boiling Isles did. The Clawthorne-Whispers-Nocedas. Of course, having a polyamorous marriage does coming with a bad side. They have five kids. Most couples can handle 2 or 3 kids but five kids with four parents is a while other story, especially if they are talented witches with great magical potential! All except the youngest. She was born without the ability to do magic. It made her envy all of her older siblings and their bile sacks. Edric and Emira, twins with a deviously skillful level of Illusion magic, Amity, a natural with abominations and a creative mind to mold it, and, last but not least, Skara, a musical prodigy in Bard magic. All the youngest had was her eagerness to learn and her advanced mind but those worked more for her than most thought. She was the most intelligent of the kids, if not the entire Isles, and she used that knowledge to make weapons that were infused with magic. Her parents turned the basement into her own workshop. The door even had a sign that said,

"Luz's workshop, do not disturb".

She was in her workshop, working on a new project. The workshop was full of tools, weapons rack, proper safety equipment, and a large fire place for heating metals. She was currently hammering away at a sword while in a smock and welding helmet, watching the sparks fly as she worked hard to get the metal strong!

'Just a few more hits and the ice rapier will be finished!' Luz thought.

"Almost do-"

"Luz, it's time for dinner!" Odalia called.

Luz pulled off her helmet.

"Coming, Mom!"

Quickly giving the sword two more hits, Luz took it off the forge and dunked it into a barrel of water to cool off the steel. Luz pulled it from the water and quickly wiped it dry as she smiled at her handy work.

"Perfect." Luz said as she quickly put it down by the barrel and ran up for dinner, discarding her smock and gloves.

Luz made it up the stairs and into the kitchen.

"Glad you could make it, Mija." Camila said, "Make anything interesting?"

"Oh, nothing much, just a rapier." Luz said.

"That's more than nothing Kid." Eda said, "You can show up those construction idiots with what you build."

"Edalyn, they construct building while Luz constructs weapons. I think there is too big of difference there." Odalia pointed out.

"Not to me! Anyway, go wash up a bit Luz and head to the table. Your brother and sisters should be finished setting it up by now."

Camila pointed to the dining room as she and Raine made dinner.
