When I made my way into the bathroom my lungs immediately collapsed, making me panic even more. My tears were spilling to the point my sight was all blurry. I was gripping myself against the sink, looking into the mirror. My eyes  are all red and my  shirt is  tear-stained.

the blur got worse with every tear that has spilled.

I was trying to control my breathing but failed miserably, causing me to stumble toward one of the stalls. I got a hold of the wall and let myself slide down. A couple of girls were looking at me weirdly, just staring and doing nothing.

Besides from one girl. She just came into the bathroom not too long ago and was washing her hands innocently. Before she saw some of the girls surrounding me. She shook her head and peeked through the people. Only to see me panicking, helplessly on the floor. "Shit" the hot water accidentally turned on which made her curse, pulling her hands away from the sink immediately. She intertwinend her hands together trying not to curse any louder till the pain got a little less.

She lets her hands rest against her stomach while she makes her way toward me, pushing herself between the gossiping girls. "Move!" She says loudly, almost yelling that I wouldn't be surprised if you could hear it outside the bathroom.

She stood in front of me, kneeling to look at me. I thought she was gonna say something or laugh or something but she didn't. Except she made her way next to me, squatting. I look at her still unable to fully breathe, feeling faint grow. She just sat down, laid her head on my shoulder, and grabbed my left hand with hers.

She squeezed it a little which make me calm down a little, slowly. I was still confused about who the girl is and why she was helping me but I appreciated it, so I didn't ask anything.

She kept her hand on mine tightly and her head on my shoulder till she heard my breathing slow down. I could see that she was getting something from her bag as he pulled a bottle of water out of it. She handed it to me, which I took.

"Thank you.." I whisper, taking a few sips from the water bottle. "I got you." She says, smiling kindly. "How did you know what to do?" I say, throwing my head back so that it's now supported by the wall. "I've had them too, and a friend of mine did these for me which surprisingly worked pretty well, I thought that it would maybe help you out." I nod, listening very interested as I smile. "Well thanks miss-" - "Layla" she interrupts me, finishing my sentence. "I'm Seth," I tell her, not really knowing why since I don't even know if she cares, she didn't even ask. She's probably just helping me out.

She then got up and held her hand out for me to take it, giving me her support as she pulled me back up. "T-Thank you, a lot," I mumble while she is thinking like she's looking for something. "Can you give me your phone?" She says, grabbing her own phone too. "Uh-" I hesitate for some seconds but then grab my phone, only to unlock it and hand it over to her.

I see her opening Snapchat as she types something in the search bar. After a few typing later she hands my phone back and goes straight to her own phone, opening Snapchat likewise. "There!" She says as a notification pops up on my screen. "Now I figured that it would be weird if you have a complete stranger's number in your contacts so I added you on Snapchat!" - "if you ever have a panic attack again don't hesitate to text me or even call me. Ur also allowed to vent anytime u want." She smiles, and I nod thankfully. "I-" I don't know what to say so I just pull her into a hug, which surprises her.

But she eventually hugs me back, making me want to say thank you again but I realized that I already said it a bunch of times, so I just kept it by the hug.

She grabbed her bag from the floor and motioned for me to walk with her, outside the girls' bathroom. So I followed her, ending up in the hall between the girls' and boys' bathrooms. Where she took off, us now in the sight of Timothy and his friends. I could feel some glares on me and noticed that he was still looking in my direction, but I just focused my attention on Layla and waved back.
