As par decided by them before SidNaaz called both their familes home and revealed to them about his tumour in head which is in early stage and he have to do an operation for it and also mentioned them that for this he can loose his memory too. And his operation is in next week. Getting too much of revelation at once all become shocked and emotional at the same time. While Niti was shooting daggers at him with her eyes only for lying to her that day... He apologies to her and both hugged tightly getting emotional at the end.

It was the of his operation and both the families was present there too... Everyone was tensed, worried but most important scared.. Scared of something bad not might will happen to him.. and also his memory... He can forget his love, his wife, his Shehnaaz too... It's the biggest fear of Sidharth... His operation will be in next 15mins so he again thought to ask her for the last time....
