(Hi! This will be angst to fluff! Of course, this chapter will be about Ranboo and stuff. I wrote this as irl Ranboo, Tubbo, and Tommy! Meaning, nothing romantic. Cause it's weird to ship real people :D Anyway, I am going to be kinda venting with this one shot, because I believe I suffer from it a bit. Not as severe as CC!Ranboo, but it's still there. I am NOT officially diagnosed, but I still relate to how it feels. Anyway, hope you enjoy!) ((Also, this isn't requested, but it is inspired by some of the oneshots I've read about this topic. I can't remember names or anything, but credits to those who inspired!))

TW/CW!:
-Facial Dysmorphia
-Anxiety/Panic attack?
-Severe scratching
-Blood?
-Uncensored swearing
-I think there are more, but I can't think of any. Please let me know if you find any!

Pronouns I will be using for CC!Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo:
Tommy: He/Him
Tubbo: He/Him
Ranboo: He/They
(Still am so happy for Ranboo <3)
---------------------------------------------------
Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo were all hanging out at Tubbo's house. No streams, no announcements, just them hanging out to talk and mess around with each other.

Tommy and Tubbo were arguing about something, Ranboo didn't care to know about what, but they sat there just smiling and watching the two argue away.

Ranboo was sat in a chair, while Tubbo and Tommy got up from their chairs and were playfully arguing.

Because the three weren't streaming, Ranboo had no face covering on. He still knew where the face covering was, and still had it somewhere, just in case.

They left the face mask and glasses on the desk, hopeful that they wouldn't fall or get lost.

Ranboo just chuckled while watching Tommy and Tubbo argue away about something probably stupid.

Ranboo swung a tiny bit left and right in the chair, putting their elbow on the arm rest and resting their chin on their fist. They quickly switched to resting their cheek, but then felt their cheek squish against their hand.

He slowly lifted his cheek from his fist, but still couldn't stop thinking about the way his cheek squished against his hand.

It lasted that way for a few minutes, Tommy and Tubbo arguing and Ranboo sitting there quietly, overthinking and becoming stressed about their thoughts.

Finally, he couldn't take it anymore.

"I-I'm going to the bathroom," Ranboo announced standing up. Tommy and Tubbo stopped their playful bickering to look at the tallest, and Ranboo's mind completely went fucking horrible.

'They're looking at you.'
'Your face looks chubby, and they must agree'
'Cover up, Ranboo.'
'They hate how you look.'
'Cover up.'
'Cover up.'
'Cover up.'

You could physically see Ranboo get more and more uncomfortable until they just covered their face with their hands and basically sprinted off to Tubbo's bathroom.

Tommy and Tubbo looked at one another, and both knew that something was wrong with Ranboo. Tubbo lightly tilted his head towards where Ranboo ran off and looked at Tommy with a questioning look, asking if it'd be a good idea to check in on him. Tommy nodded and they both got up to check in on their friend.

Ranboo was panicking. They didn't know where the hell their mask or glasses were, couldn't think straight, barely could breathe, and their mind couldn't fucking comprehend one thought before switching to another. They couldn't calm down, and more could their thoughts.

'Ugly fucking thing, isnt he?'
'Your face is chubby'
'They don't really like you, they hate how you look and only use you for clout'
'Your nose is too big'
'Eyes are too squinted'
'You need to cover up'
'Where's your mask and glasses?'

Ranboo couldn't even hear the soft knocking at the door as they slid down the wall, almost loudly sobbing.

He couldn't focus on anything, and eventually began sobbing. The two outside the door got worried and knocked louder, which made Ranboo flinch in his vulnerable state.

"Ranboo? You okay?" Tubbo called through the door, and Ranboo tried to listen. It was so difficult, they couldn't breathe.

"Hey, you don't have to unlock the door, but can you come near it? Lean against it even?" Tubbo tried, and Ranboo shuffled over to the door. A light thud was heard, and Tubbo smiled as they could see Ranboo's shadow under the door.

"Hey, monarch. Can you try a breathing exercise with me? I know you probably can't breathe or focus barely, but can you try?" Tubbo asked, and Tommy didn't know what to do. So, Tommy sat there and was going to provide anything and everything Ranboo needed.

Ranboo was still letting out shaky sobs, and didn't know how to reply.

"Just try this with me, okay? Breathe in for four seconds with me, boo," Tubbo over-exaggerated his intake of breath, but only so Ranboo could hear him and follow along.

Ranboo tried to, and successfully did it.

"Now hold for seven seconds, Ranboo," Tubbo instructed, and held their breathe for seven seconds. Ranboo almost made it, but due to not really being able to breathe and it only being the first time they've done it, they ended up having to let it out.

"That's okay, Ranboo. Let's do it two or three more times more, okay?" Tubbo comforted.

They ended up doing it three more times, and Ranboo got the last two times perfectly. They breathed in for four seconds, held four seven, and let the breath out for eight seconds.

Ranboo was more calmed down, and Tubbo began asking him what was wrong and what happened.

"What's wrong, Ranboo?" Tubbo inquired, and Ranboo took in a shaky breath before replying.

"M-My thoughts got to be t-too much." Ranboo replied, and Tubbo frowned at the response.

"Was it about your face?" Tubbo asked, and Ranboo took in another shaky breath.

"Y-Yeah.." Ranboo sighed, and Tubbo remembered glancing over at Ranboo having his cheek on his fist.

"Do you want your mask and glasses?" Tommy finally asked, and Ranboo lightened up a tiny bit.

"Yes, p-please." Tommy quickly got up and ran off to grab the mask and glasses off of the...
