Jim jayyyyy pov

He took about a solid minute for Jimmy to finally see the outside world again but after being stuck in that void for a minute he felt nauseous and tired so he had to sit down, luckily, the rest were also sitting down the only people who weren't on the ground were Gem,Fwhip and Sausage but he just guessed that they would have traveled using magic alot when they were kids

Gem quickly explained the reason why it felt like so long was because Scott had traveled so far away it took longer to reach him and that under other circumstances they would've only taken a few seconds

Once everyone was back on their feet they started looking everywhere for Scott, calling for him, using dogs, but it seemed like he had dissapeared

After hours of searching they was a shout from Shubble but when the group reached her she was caged in ice and there was a trail of footprints leading away

Jimmy turned towards Gem "Scott?" The wizard merely nodded her head and commanded Pixl, Sausage and Fwhip to chase after the footprints while the rest melted the ice and stayed with Shubble for protection

While melting the ice with her magic, Gem addressed the rest "I don't understand why Scott would attack Shubble it just doesn't seem like him, unless..." There was an uncomfortable silence as everyone waited for her continuation but it never came

"Unless?" Katherine asked out of curiousity "Unless he was possessed by Xornoth" Gem replied sharply

The theory floated above the group like a dark cloud until Shubble was freed, she jumped out and sat down, breathing heavily

Katherine rushed down to her and started rubbing circles behind her back "Oh dear, are you okay?"

Shubble turned to her and started breathing normally, after a few seconds she replied "yeah i'm okay"

The moment Shubble was back on her feet she said something that made the entire group sigh out of relief

"He didn't freeze me out of anger more out of fear, when he saw me he immediately cast his hands out in a panic to keep me away but he accidently froze me and when he saw what he did he ran away" She said pitily "I really hope the three boys managed to catch up with him"

"STAY AWAY" Scott's voice. Definitely. "Speak of the devil" Katherine said before dashing off in the path of the footprints

When they reached Scott he took a step back out of fear but Jimmy didn't think that was really necessary

There was a giant ice wall raised between him and the rest with no way to break it

Gem was the first to confront Scott "Scott, lower the wall please" Scott started shaking and replied "No i'll just hurt you all, you guys must be crazy to come find me"

Gem replied in a sharper tone than before "Scott Smajor. Lower the wall now before I lower it myself"

Scott seemed the catch the memo as the wall slowly shrunk down into the earth

Jimmy almost cried when he got a closer look at Scott

Scrapes and cuts lined his legs and arms,his old feathery wings that Jimmy would brush for him had turn into an icey death trap, his once bluebell eyes fading to white and his hair covered with snow

"Oh Scott" Katherine said reaching out for him "Come home with us, please"

Out of instinct, Scott raised those frostbitten wings and would've flown away if not for Katherine's vines grabbing onto his legs

"Katherine please, let me go you don't have to do this please just let me go and I won't harm any of you" Jimmy who had had enough at that time (woooowwwww two hads) walked up to him boldy and held Scott's hands "You wouldn't harm us correction, you CAN'T harm us just come home with us we will find ways to help you and i'm sure of it"

"As much as I hate that fish he's right Scott" Fwhip said crossing his arms, Jimmy smiled towards Fwhip signaling a  -thanks asshole-  before turning back towards Scott "See? Please Scott come home with us"

Scott was about to protest before he was interrupted by Gem who smiled coldy at Scott before turning towards Jimmy "Thanks for distracting him for long enough Jimmy" Jimmy who noticed the same symbol Gem had used to teleport them on the floor smiled back at her "Of course Gem" 

And with that, they fell into that same familiar void again
