As the car reached the sabherwal mansion, everyone in the house heard the brakes and got happy
KANCHAN(excited) – taiji, lagta hai shaurya bhaiya aur anokhi aa gye
DEVI – kanchan ek kaam karo, jaldi se aarti ki thaali ready karo...tab tak main bahar jaati hu
KANCHAN – ji taiji
Everyone in the house went outside to welcome the two, meanwhile shaurya and anokhi came out of the car
KANCHAN – aaiye aaiye shaurya bhaiyaaa, aapka swagat hai
Shaurya passed a smile at her
KANCHAN – toh kaisa raha aap dono ka honeymoon ?
DEVI – yeh kya kanchan, dono ko ghar ke andar aane toh do !! tumhara bas chale toh bahar hi pura interrogation kar logi
KANCHAN – sorry taiji
After their arti, shaurya and anokhi touched the feet of all the elders
SHAAN (teasingly) – aastha tumhe nahi lagta, honeymoon ke baad inn dono ka face kuch zyada hi glow kar raha ho
AASTHA – kyun mere bete aur bahu ko pareshan kar rahe ho, shaurya tum aur anokhi thak gye honge itni lambi flight se, apne room mein jaakar aaram karo...raat ko dinner ke waqt baatein karengey
ANOKHI – ji maa
KANCHAN – yeh kya baat hui aastha taiji, itna toh "aaram" karke aaye hai...aur kitna karengey...thak jayengey itna "aaram" karke
Shaurya passed an angry glare at her while everyone laughed, after that they both reached their room
ANOKHI – kisine sahi hi kaha hai – "there's no place like home", main bata nahi sakti maine iss room ko kitna miss kiya
SHAURYA – hmm
ANOKHI – kya hua shaurya ? abhi bhi uss stupid fight ko leke baithe ho?
SHAURYA – nahi toh
ANOKHI – toh shakal aise karele jaisi kyun banayi hai?
SHAURYA – aise hi, I guess I m little tired
ANOKHI (slowly going near him) – main kuch madad karu "tiredness" hatane mein?
SHAURYA – ano...
Before he could complete anokhi put her hands behind his head and
pulled him in for a kiss.
ANOKHI's POV
In retrospect, I wasn't quite sure how it happened, exactly. One minute we were talking about something else. And the next I was attached to shaurya's face. my heart pounded in my chest; it echoed around the world.
Oh God. He wasn't kissing me back.
Why wasn't he kissing me back?
shaurya sat rigid as a statue while her mouth moved against his. The minute anokhi realized this, she pulled back. Cheeks flaming, she forced herself to look him in the eye.
ANOKHI - "I'm sorry. I didn't realize . . . um, I don't know what happened to me suddenly...
shaurya cleared his throat, his eyes slightly glazed. anokhi turned away,
SHAURYA - "I'm sorry too,...."
He said, and her heart sank, dripping in a sad, cold puddle to her feet. "I'm sorry you stopped."
She turned, hope quickening her pulse. "What—" And then he grabbed her around the waist and pulled her to him, one hand moving up to cup her cheek, thumb just under her jaw while his fingers tangled in her hair.
