With a smile on each of their faces, Chris and Sebastian hugged every one of their friends and family, thankful they were here together to help each other cope with the traumatic experience they all went through. It was just what they needed, it was something to keep all of them grounded, something that was good for everyone. Lisa came up to the boys and pulled them both into a deep hug
" Now don't you boys be doing this kind of stuff again, Ya hear me, I don't feel like getting a call from Scarlett saying you are in the hospital, the next time I expect to be is when I am meeting grandbabies or something good"
" Alright, alright Ma we're sorry, we promise no more hospital visits for sad reasons, now would you please let us go you're really strong for such a small woman" Lisa scoffed in reply and simply slapped her son upside the head
" Don't be talking to your mother like that, I thought I raised you better than that"
" Yeah god Chris don't be an ass to your mother," Sebastian said as he gave Lisa a big hug with a squeeze
" See now this is how you should be, I'm glad to have you as a son Sebastian maybe you can teach one of my boys to have manners"
" Uh hello, Chris and Scott standing right here" Chris laughed while waving his hand in the air
" Oh yes hello son, I know you both are there" Lisa smirked then walked away with Georgetta to the kitchen to finish up dinner, Sebastian was trying to hold back his smile when Chris noticed he rolled his eyes and flopped down on the couch clearly not impressed.
" Aww Baby I'm sorry we were just teasing" Chris only huffed in response and turned his head away from his husband
" Chrissy please look at me, I'm sorry" Chris turned his head away more only because he knew that if he looked at Sebastian he would be giving those puppy dog eyes that he has never been able to resist
" Chrissssssss Please look at me" Chris could hear the pout and puppy dog eyes in his voice, he side glanced and boy was he right there Sebastian was giving the best puppy dog look, lip jutted out soft glazed over eyes so wide and big he may as well been innocent. Chris caved and kissed Sebastian then pulled him into his arms
" Sometimes I don't wike you Sebby, especially when you give me those puppy eyes when you know I can't resist them"
" I know, that's why I do it, also because I love you and you love me so I know you would do anything for me just like I would do for you," Sebastian said with an adorable smile on his face batting his lashes at his husband, Chris was holding back his smile
" I don't wike you"
" Aww Chrissy we know that's not true"
" yeah I know" Chris pouted with a huff and crossed his arms
soon enough Georgetta and Lisa called for dinner and the boys began to set up the table, the kids all came running down the stairs and barreling their way into their uncles. Sebastian and Chris caught all three kids and gave them big hugs before shooing them to wash their hands before dinner. Once everyone was washed up and sat at the table they began eating small side conversations going on
" so Boys what are you guys gonna do on your time off?" Lisa had asked her son and his husband
" I'm not sure what Sebby wants to do but I'm thinking a getaway for the both of us, just us two somewhere quiet and away from the world where we can just relax and unwind for a while" Sebastian looked to his husband with a bright smile on his face
" a getaway sounds amazing, as long as there is snow"
" You and your obsession with snow"
" What I grew up in romania is snowed all the time and it was a beautiful sight all of the amazing buildings and architechture covered in snow it's really a astounding sight to see but then lets not forget I spent the majority of my life in New York where they are known for their snowfall" Chris shook his head with a laugh and a roll of his eyes and went back to eating his food. The night continued on like this the entire family laughing and enjoying the presence of one another just happy the Chris and Sebastian are getting back to a somewhat kind of normal.
Hey long time no see I haven't had a whole lot of inspiration for this story but I finally got some so bare with me I am very bad about procrastinating but I will eventually get more chapters out and hopefully end this story in the near future also I have lots of unpublished books I am working on that I am very excited about so keep a look out for those.
