Joshua knew it's time to go back. The pain is still there, yet he has to survive. Ano pa nga bang magagawa niya? Nangyari na eh.

He has to start with a clean slate and would pursue his feelings for Seokmin. After all, he knew that Seok is the only one who can heal him from the pain. Wala na siyang pakialam kahit siya naman ngayon ang magmukhang tanga kakahabol kay Seokmin.

"Mi, guide us ha? I cannot do this alone." he whispered. "Please?"

Joshua closed his luggage, perhaps quite ready to face the place where he left his heart and is now ready to find the missing piece of himself.

"You can do this, Shu...I can do this."

Sobrang busy ni Seokmin sa pedia ward dahil ang isang barangay ba naman ng mga bata ang dumagsa dahil sa food poisoning sa isang school. Magbreak time na sana siya kaso hindi naman niya maatim na tiisin ang mga batang kanina pa panay ang iyak.

"Doc! Tulong mo po ako!" a kid cried for help. Seokmin immediately attended to the kid and crouched down in front of him.

"Hello." Seokmin calmly said, "Nabigyan ka na ng gamot ni Nurse Kwon hindi ba?"

The girl sniffled, "Opwo Dwoc pero..." she starts tearing up again, "Masakit pa rin po ang tiyan ko."

It breaks Seokmin's heart to see a kid crying in front of him. He had always dreamt to be a pediatrician, yet it takes a lot of courage and effort to be one.

He has to remain calm and collected even if it's so sad to treat kids whose bodies are still frail and are unable to fend for themselves to struggle like that. Maybe in the future when he gets to have a child of his own, he won't be able to stay calm watching his child suffer just like any parent.

"Malapit na po ikaw ilipat sa room." Seokmin apologetically said, "Pasensiya na ha? Napuno na kasi agad ang ER pero hindi bale, hindi ka po kita papabayaan."

"Doc..."

"Po?"

"Love po ako ng parents ko, hindi po ako pwedeng mawala."

Nalungkot si Seokmin sa narinig subalit hindi rin naman niya hahayaang mapahamak ang batang pasiyente. He would do his best in order to provide the best medical care he could give her. As cliché as it sounds, he's there to help patients with all his might.

"No. Hindi po hahayaan ni Doc Seok 'yun ha? Basta po inumin lang po natin 'yung mga binibigay sa atin ng mga nurses, okay?"

The kid finally smiled, "Thank you po, Doc Seok."

"You're welcome. Ano nga palang pangalan mo?"

"Jangmi po." the kid politely answered.

Seokmin complimented her, "Wow. Ang cute naman po. Rose ang ibig sabihin."

"Opo Doc. Kasi po favorite po ng Pops ko ang red roses tapos po si Tata naman po binibigyan siya palagi nun."

"Sige." Seokmin said, "Habang nandito ka po sa Pleione, bibigyan po kita ng red roses."

"Talaga po Doc?!"

"Yes po. Basta magpapagaling ka ha?"

"Yehey! Opo Doc."

"Mabuti 'yan. Tara pahinga ka muna dun sa bakanteng bed habang hinihintay natin ikaw matransfer sa normal ward."
