Sometimes (always) when arguing with my older sister and father, i just shut up midway. Literally i just. Stop. Because i realise they will literally keep yelling until they get the last word and a victory. And im too tired and i do not want to waste my energy on it. I do that with my dad immediately now. Most of the time I just shut up immediately and yell in my head. With my sister its just halfway i will yell back. Then i stop. I always do. Its frustrating but at the same time get the hell out of my room. And the fastest way is giving her the last word. So goodbye.
