"And I think that is the best place for us to wrap this week up on" Our lecturer said making me finally zone back into what he was saying
When I picked this major, I knew it was full on but this bring a whole new level to the word overload
"Hey love" Spencer said the moment I walked out of the class room, he had the tendency to hand around when he knew our lesson's finished around the same time
"Hey" I smiled pressing my lips against his softly earning a smile while he wrapped an arm around me
"What are you plans for this evening?" He asked as we made our way over to my dorm block
"I think Thalia wanted to do something since we know you are busy" I said
Usually back home, Friday night would be a date night. But when Spencer went off to college last year leaving me back home, things changed and I guess now that I've joined him this year, it hasn't changed it back
"What are you girls thinking of doing?" He asked intertwining our hands
"Not a clue, hopefully it doesn't involve leaving because I'm absolutely shattered" I said making him chuckle
"I could think of something that could help you sleep" He teased pressing himself up against me making me roll my eyes
"you know the rules Spence" I said putting a little distance between us
Sex is all that's really been on his mind over the last year, whenever I came to visit it would be a big conversation topic and I guess now that I'm here it'll be brought up again
The big rule in my family is you wait for marriage, it's probably the one rule I actually agree with
I don't want to throw something like that around like no tomorrow
That sort of thing is intimate and should be done with someone you love enough to spend the rest of your life with
"Oh come on love, nobody would even know if we did something while we were here. Your parents certainly wouldn't know" He said making me shake my head
"not all of my choices are based on my parents views Spence" I said shaking my hand out of his grip but it wasn't long before he came running after me
We got to the door leading the dorms, Spencer had taken my arm into his grip pulling me back to look at him
"Riley, I do not want to fight" He whispered leaning down at me slightly, there was little to no distance at this point
"I'm not going to pressure you into it love you know that" He said our lips brushing against each other slightly
"I just don't want to until you know" I said fidgeting, scratching at my arm
"then we'll wait, I'm sorry" Spencer said, his eyes looking at me almost as if he was serious but I don't know.. Part of me was doubtful

It didn't take long for one of Spencer's friends to come over and drag him away but as far as Spencer is concerned, our most recent issue was now water underneath the bridge
"You look like ass" Thalia said the moment I finally got into the dorms
Over the last week of knowing Thalia, it's safe to say we got close rather quickly
"Nice to see you too Thal" I answered making her laugh
"mmm isn't it just" she said throwing a grape at me while I rolled my eyes
"Go shower, you have an hour to get ready" She added making me look back at her confused
"Where are we going?" I asked watching a smirk to fall onto her face
"We Riley, are going out" She smiled but I shook my head
"Oh no no you have me completely on the wrong foot Thal, I don't-" I started
"Don't do that, Daddy wouldn't like it? Yeah I know" Thalia said
"We're the same breed Riley. Go get dressed" She said making me sigh knowing I wasn't going to win this
After about 20 minutes I was ready. As much as I pride myself in my appearance, I hate taking too long. I had my hair straightened. I threw on some white jeans and a pink cami before nodding heading out of my bedroom
I looked at Thalia and my eyes widened. Either one of us missed the memo or something else
"No no Riley! Get your ass back in there any change" Thalia whined making me look at her confused
"Why Thalia? What are we doing this evening that requires us to look like that?" I asked motioning to her dress or lack of one
"Riley we are going out drinking not to a fucking family brunch" Thalia exclaimed
"I don't have anything like that Thalia. My mum micromanaged what I packed. In fact I don't think I even own anything like that" I explained making Thalia roll her eyes
"Good thing that we are the same size then" she said disappearing into her room returning shortly with a peach dress, it was absolutely tiny
"Thalia that is no a dress!" I warned her making her roll her eyes
"Yes it is, look it's even conservative for you" She said making me shot her a look
"Yeah? Where?" I asked
"It has a bow Riley, what more do you want?" She laughed
"Something that actually covers my body?" I suggested making her roll her eyes again
"Put it on Riley" she said practically pushing me into my room
The dress fit perfectly but I think that's what was scary
It hugged my body in a way that none of my other clothes dared to. You could see parts of my body that had been hidden for years, it hugged curves I didn't know I had
It barely reached my fingertips but the colour was beautiful
"Holy shit Riley" Thalia said walking into the room without even knocking
"I think you need to keep that dress" She smirked leaning against the doorframe throwing me a pair of heels
"Now, let's show this town what we are made of" she smirked again looking at the pair of us in the mirror
It was safe say, I barely knew the girl looking back at me right now
