"It's been a week since I've been on desk duty . When is Liv gonna take me off desk duty. Yes okay I made a stupid comment about her lame boyfriend,but I can't help it she should be with me and not with that jack-ass who broke he heart by leaving .... Luv deserves better.
Nick goes to Liv's office door and hears laughter and he knocks.
Olivia laughing "come in ."
"uhh sorry to bother you but -"
Liv cuts him off "No no your fine we were just talking." She says looking at Elliot.
Elliot looks at Nick and wishpers something to make Liv laugh and walks out but he stops at the doorway and tells Liv "I'll see you later on tonight" and he winks which makes Olivia blush
Nick watches Liv and says a little angry " Olivia I really need to talk to you so can you please save the damn love affair for someone who cares." Nicks comment makes liv's smile go away and says "Elliot can you leave the room please?"
Elliot nods in agreement and leaves.
Liv gets up from her chair and walks to Nick .
"what's the hell is your problem Nick? Is it me? The fact that I put you on desk duty?
"No but-" Liv cuts him off
"or is it the fact that I chose Elliot over you?" Huh? Tell me . TELL ME!!!"
Yes okay ! Its true alright! Is that what you wanted to hear?"
"Nick you have a wife ,a kid -"
Nick cuts her off
"I'm divorced!! Okay I'm divorced."
Olivia's face went serious and sad
"Nick I'm so -"
"Save it" he said as he walked out
