Robin returned to the Batcave shortly after.

"How'd I do, Batman?" he said.

"Good show, Robin. Darn good show" said Batman.

"It's twenty minutes to three. We better hurry if we're gonna track 'em down in that cocktail lounge" said Sam.

"Right you are, Sam. Robin, to the Batmobile. Warriors, pixie dust" said Batman.

Batman and Robin drove away in the Batmobile while the Warriors flew.

A trap indeed, but who's the mouse?

For in the lurid lair of that criminal cat the Joker...

"My favorite kind of joke. One which ends with a bang" said the Joker.

"Right. But what about Susie?" said Nick.

"Has she filled the milk machine again?" the Joker whispered.

"She's just gettin' ready" Two-Bits whispered back.

The Joker approached Susie who was packing her tools.

"Susie, sweetie. A special extra bonus. A half pint bottle of the most exquisite imported Canadian perfume" he said.

"Wow! Canadian perfume!" Susie squealed.

"It's called Une nuit sans fin. One endless night" said the Joker.

"Gee. That's like poetry" said Susie.

She was about to open the bottle, but the Joker stopped her.

"No, Susie, no. Do not open until after you've loaded the milk machine. Do you understand?" he said.

"Oh, sure, Joker. Anything you say. You're just the best boss any crook ever had" said Susie pinching the Joker's cheek.

"Oh, thank you" said the Joker.

"Hey, Joker. It's three o'clock" said Two-Bits.

The Joker came back to the boys and said "Batman's zero hour. Watch for the green light".

Batman, Robin and the Three Warriors arrived at the cocktail lounge just then.

It was time for Batman to insert a coin into the jukebox.

"Warriors, send everyone back" said Batman.

"On it. Back! Everybody back at the bar" said Sam.

Everyone in the lounge did as told.

"We gotta have room to throw our Bat-a-rangs when the crooks come in for the loot" said Robin.

"Ready with the coin, Robin?" said Batman.

"Ready" said Robin.

"Zero hour. Put it in the slot" said Batman.

Robin inserted the coin and the jukebox opened just like before.

The green light flashed in the Joker's lair.

"Batman's funeral dirge begins. I give him five seconds" said the Joker.

He waited five seconds then said "Now" and pushed a button.

The recording of the Joker's voice from before said "The joke's on you my cheery booze hounds! It's a stick-up! Hands up, you coward!"

Then he said "Surprise, Batman! Surprise and good night" through a microphone.

"Robin, Warriors, quick. Behind the Bat-shield" said Batman.

The crimefighting gang hid behind the bulletproof Bat-shield as the built-in machine gun in the jukebox fired at them.

Then Batman threw a smoke bomb at the gun and destroyed it.

It was safe to come out from behind the Bat-shield.
