Y/N's POV:

When I arrived home, I noticed Billy leaning against his Camaro. After I parked my bike in the driveway, I walked over to him.

"Hey, Billy," I said with a smile.

"Where have you been?"

"What?"

"You know how worried I've been?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You left school three hours ago."

"Oh, I just lost track of time, I guess."

"Why is your hair wet?" He asked, reaching over and swirling a strand in his fingers, looking as if he was trying to calm himself down.

"I went for a dip," I giggled, remembering how stupid Eddie looked with his hair all wet.

Billy smirked a bit and said, "You're so weird."

I shrugged and decided not to tell him about Eddie.

"So, how long have you been waiting for me?" I teased.

"Don't flatter yourself. I've only been out here for twenty minutes."

I rolled my eyes and said, "Well, it's getting late. I'm going to head home and finish some homework."

"Can I come over later?"

"No, Billy. You know my life does revolve around you, right?"

He rolled his eyes with a smirk.

"I want a weekend off. It's exhausting having three of the hottest boys in town follow you around all day." I laughed at my comment.

"Yeah, yeah."

I smiled and looked up at him.

"Goodnight, Billy."

"Goodnight, Y/N."

And I walked home.

After finishing up some math homework, which turned out to be surprisingly easy, I heard a knock at the door.

I open it to find Steve leaning against the door frame.

"Hey," He said, almost soundly as if he was trying to be seductive.

"Hi?" I questioned.

"Mind if I come in?"

"Actually, I do." I laughed, "You're not the first to ask," I looked over at Billy's house.

"Aw, come on, Y/N."

"No, Steve," I said, blocking the door.

"Ugh," He grunted, crossing his arms.

"Good niiiiiight," I said while slowly closing the door.

"Goodnight, Y/N," Steve said with a defeated grin.

After Steve left, I realized just how late it was. I brushed my teeth, put on my pajamas, and sat in bed. As I looked out the window, I noticed it was starting to rain. It seemed so peaceful outside.

Just before I could doze off to sleep, I heard banging downstairs. Someone was at the door.

BANG BANG BANG

I just sat in bed terrified.

DING DONG went the doorbell.

I reached under my bed, gripping my revolver.
