Tyler came to them.

Damon had called Rosalind that afternoon to let her know that Enzo was gone. He invited her to the Salvatore House, where he'd brought Luke to try and locate Enzo, and claimed he would be willing to help Rosalind find Tyler as well.

"Permisso laca tha tar," Luke chanted over a map, first attempting to find Enzo. "Permisso laca tha tar..."

Damon threw an ice cube at him. Rosalind snickered, taking one of her own and managing to land it on Luke's head.

"That's not helping," said Luke, frustrated.

"Well," said Damon, "you've been failing now for an hour, Wonder-Twin, so at this point, I can't imagine it's hurting."

Stefan walked in, confused at the sight of the three together. "Damon, I know you're out a friend, but, uh, I'm not sure this guy's the best replacement."

Damon snorted. "I don't think this guy's the best anything if his Locator Spell skills are any indication. Yo!" He snapped his fingers at Luke. "Where's your sister?"

Luke huffed. "She's tired of being almost murdered. Look. I can find any person anywhere on the planet, ok? There's just something weird with your friend Enzo. I can't get a read."

"Enzo?" said Stefan. "Didn't he, uh, go to Cape Horn?"

"He flipped his humanity switch," replied Damon. "There should have been a body count all the way to the airport."

"Well, why are you looking for him?" asked Stefan.

"What if the Travelers got him, too?" asked Rosalind. "What if he's with Tyler? Not to mention he wants Damon dead and probably hates me. We should know where he is in case he comes to try and hurt us."

Stefan furrowed his brows. "Well, maybe he hired a witch to block whatever Luke's doing. Is that possible?"

Luke mulled it over. "A Cloaking Spell? I guess."

"That would mean he doesn't want to be found," said Stefan. "So, uh, why don't you just drop it?"

"Let's switch to looking for Tyler," said Rosalind, holding her hand out to Luke so he could cut into her hand.

The door burst open, and Tyler was right there.

"Tyler!" said Rosalind, surprised. "You're back."

He nodded. "We have a problem. I was with the Travelers, and I saw some weird stuff. Markos turned Sloan into a vampire, had her drink doppelgänger blood, and after some chanting ritual thing, she turned human again."

Damon blinked. "He cured her?"

"He cured her to death," corrected Tyler. "The blood took away her vampirism but left her in the state that she was in just before she turned."

"That state being dead," said Stefan. "Got it."

"So it kills vampires," mused Luke. "What does the spell mean for the witches?"

"No one cares," said Damon dismissively. "Wait," he said to Tyler, "Keep going."

"The point," replied the hybrid, "is they feel if they can get rid of all magic they'll break some lame-ass witch curse."

Damon hummed. "Markos said they can't settle anywhere without evoking earthquakes or hell-fire, but they break that curse, and they just move right on into Mystic Falls."

"And come after Elena and Stefan," said Rosalind. "They'll probably need more blood."

"Oh, well," said Damon. "Markos had a good couple days in the land of the living. Now where is he so can kill him?"
