They'll try to silence you
For speaking your mind,
For seeing them for who they really are,
For pointing out the cracks in their facade,
But mostly, for daring to speak truth to power...
For this, you'll never be forgiven.
You threaten their precious self image.
Your very existence goads them
To do the unthinkable.
Behind the scenes, ceaselessly,
They work to tarnish your reputation.
Falsely and maliciously, they accuse you
Of what they themselves have done.
Pulling secret levers,
These cowardly wizards aim
To strip you of your humanity
And steal your identity.
Then, if all else fails,
They'll endeavour
To end you...
