King Dice was sitting in his bedroom at the casino. He was done going on stage for today but he was still expected to serve people or make little jokes to people while he walked around. Dice didn't have any problem with doing that, in fact he loved it, but after what happened between him and his new friends he couldn't find the motivation to do anything.

*Knock Knock Knock*

"Come in..."

The door opened and on the other side was pip and dot.

"Dice! What're ya doin?! If Devil finds ya layin around who knows what's gonna happen to ya!"

Pip and Dot then try to pull Dice from the bed and out of the room. However, Dice seemed unfazed and didn't even look towards the domino couple. Pip and Dot stopped in their tracks and looked up at Dice.

"Dice are you ok? Ever since those cups and that old man talked to ya you've looked more drained than a man after he lost his soul."

"I'm fine Pip. They where just some old friends of mine that I cared a lot about..."

Dice started to tear up and Dot immediately noticed.

"Oh now now dear! We don't want to see ya cry.."

The couple sat down next to Dice.

"Now why don't ya tell us everything, start until end."

Dice sighed and then began spilling everything, even some of the unnecessary details on how much he missed his job and what it was like. Pip and Dot where infatuated with Dice's story. The domino couple had been in the casino almost their whole lives. What Dice was describing seemed like heaven.

"Wow Dicey! That sounds amazing!"

"Yeah, it was. But if I leave the Devil will take my soul!"

"Yeah scary isn't it? One wrong move and you could loose your soul!"

Dot reaches her hand up and smacks pip square in the nose.

"You're not helping Pip! Dice look, from what I've seen the Devil has had no problem with you so far. I'm pretty sure your one of his favourite employees. Heck! Maybe his number one!"

Dice started blushing at those words. Did Devil really think of Dice as his 'number one'. Dice didn't really look into it until now, but when he thought back to it he remembered how Devil was very keen in making Dice an employee at the casino. However, Dice did a classic no brainer and thought that the Devil just saw him as another employee other than his......never mind.

Dice looked over at Pip and Dot and smiled.

"Thanks you two. I really needed to talk to someone about this."

"That's alright Dice! After all.....two heads make better than one!"

King Dice laughed at their ironic joke as Pip and Dot walked out while laughing as well.

Dice walked with them as he now had the motivation to continue his work.
