I looked at Sebastian, waiting for him to say something. His red eyes flickered, making him look like he was having an internal war with himself. With him not saying anything, just standing there, it was crushing me. I excused myself from the party and went out to the gardens in the back. The full moon shined its rays down onto me. The spring air softly caressing my skin. I gently placed a piece of hair behind my ear as I stared up at the sky. Tears silently rolled down my face. I didn't know why this was so difficult.
"Kagome." Sebastian called from behind me. I glanced at him, he was still looking down at the floor. He still didn't say anything. I sighed, then a song graced my lips.
"I thought that I've been hurt before," I softly sang as the music flowed into my head.
"But no one's ever left me quite this sore
Your words cut deeper than a knife
Now I need someone to breathe me back to life." I felt my throat tighten a bit but I buried it.
"Got a feeling that I'm going under

Move on." I turned fully to him at the lover part, making him flinch.
