Ok so about the whole panic attack chapter I was dealing with issues in my family and I didn't feel like writing that much so I forgot to add *time skip* but anyways I do know they last for hours but it's just a book yall don't have to come at me for it! Also I am gonna write more it's just hard to bc I see people taking this panic thing seriously and I know it's serious but just don't come at me bc I'm human too!💕
