The next morning at 2 am
Dixie's pov:
I woke up from a really scary nightmare. I wanted to cry , but I'm 22 . I'm not a baby . I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't, I was about to call Noah but I don't want to wake him up. And surprisingly, I got a text from him.

N: bubba are you awake ?
D: yeah
N: why aren't you sleeping ?
D: same question for your
N: I woke up bc I'm hungry , I'm eating a sandwich rn. And you ?
D: I woke up bc I had a nightmare
N: awww myyyh babbyyyy 🥺 do you want me to come over ?
D: no it's too late , I'll see you tomorrow
N: then do you want to facetime ?
D: mhm 🥹
N: ok I'll call you rn.
After few seconds, I got a FaceTime call from Noah .
D: hey baby
N: hi love , you okay ?
D: the nightmare is still scaring me tho , I don't want to go back to sleep
N: do you wanna fall asleep on the call ?
D: will you wait for me to sleep ?
N: ofc baby
D: ok ( puts her phone on the nightstand)
N: now go to sleep bub
D: ( lays her head on the pillow and closes her eyes ) gn
N: gn babygirl
Noah's pov :
I waited for Dixie to call asleep then I laid my head on the pillow . After a few minutes, Finn started crying in his room . I went to his room and took him to mine . I laid him on my chest then we both fell asleep.
At 9 am
I woke up bc Finn was tapping on my cheek , he's adorable. I looked at the screen next to me and saw Dixie still sleeping . I went to the bathroom and got ready then made the bed . I looked at the phone and saw that dixie didn't wake up yet. So I too fin to his room and changed his diaper and clothes. Then I took my phone downstairs with me and went downstairs. I made food for me and Finn then we sat in the dining room and started eating. While we were eating, Dixie woke up.
N: gm baby.
D: gn
N: no baby wake up ! It's 10:15 now
D: I'm not a morning person babe
N: ik you aren't , idk who said "I'll be here tomorrow morning" ( mocking her)
D: ( giggles ) sorry
N: (smiles ) it's fine bubs
D where's my Finn ?
N: he's right here ( puts the camera on Finn )
D: hi baby boy !
F: mama ! Mama !
D: heyyyy ! Noah babe can you come over ? I don't want to drive
N: ofc I can baby , do you want Finn to come with me ?
D: ofc I want him
N: ok just give us 20 minutes to finish or food then we'll be there
D: okay bye I love you !
N: bye ! I love you more ( hangs up)
We finished eating then we went to Dixie's house . We walked in and said hi to Dixie's parents and Charli then went to Dixie's room . I walked in and saw her still laying on her bed.
N: hi babyyy ( kisses her )
D: hey bubs ( smiles )
F: mama !
D: hi baby boy ( puts him on her lap ) I missed you ( kisses his cheek )
N: baby what are you gonna do for the party tonight ? ( lays on her bed next to her )
D: music , snacks , food , dancing. What else ?
N: no that's enough, what are you going to wear ?
D: no I'm not gonna tell you , it's a surprise!
N: okay ( smiles at her ) you look beautiful tho
D: ( looks down then looks back at him ) thanks babe ( kisses his cheek )
