Ryuga walked with Celeste, looking through most of what the city had to offer.

Now, they were in the tallest tower of Eisen, and much to the hero's surprise, they were on an elevator.

As they reached the top floor, Celeste walked out, "This is the highest floor, and I dare say it's currently the tallest building that currently exists in this region."

Ryuga looked out of the windows, "I can see why."

They could see the far ends of the horizon, and the hero spotted Pendragon and Ikazuchi at a distance.

Celeste smiled, "So, thoughts?"

Ryuga nodded, "It is impressive, to anyone else this would probably be the highest they'd have been."

The blonde nodded, "At least to normal civilians, I suppose residents of Yogoe wouldn't find it as impressive."

Ryuga nodded, "I guess so."

Celeste smiled as she checked the time, "It's almost time for the party, I'll have to head home to prepare."

The hero nodded, "Of course."

The blonde turned for the lift, "I'll see you later then."

With that said, Celeste left the building, leaving Ryuga alone in the tower.

As the lift closed, the hero turned back to the scene before him. Eisen was surrounded by a rocky mountain area, but the tower was tall enough that he could look past the rocky mountain roads to the green forests that surrounded Pendragon and the green plains of Ikazuchi.

It was different.

"So here you are, Mr Hero."

A familiar voice reached his ears, and Ryuga turned to see the wizard of Pendragon, "Merlin."

The man smiled, "I see you're enjoying the scenery."

The hero chuckled, "Sure, let's go with that. What are you doing here?"

The wizard went to stand beside him, "I'm here with the siblings, they're giving their greetings to the president."

Ryuga nodded, "I see."

Merlin asked, "Have you met him?"

The hero put on his best poker face, "Karl Alberich, yes."

The wizard easily saw through that mask, and he smiled, "Didn't make a good impression, did he?"

Ryuga smiled dryly, "Nothing gets past you, huh?"

Merlin laughed, "You're two million years too early to hide something like that from me."

The hero simply sighed in exasperation, "Of course."

The wizard took a short breath, "Jokes aside, if he tries anything, make sure you tell us, even Lady Rinko or the Emperor."

Ryuga chuckled, "Don't worry about it."

Merlin placed a hand on the hero's shoulder, "Ryuga, I'm serious. Karl Alberich is an ambitious man, he cares not for anything other than his own ideals. Should you ask, I can assure you, all three countries will be on your side."

The hero smiled, "It won't come to that."

The wizard hummed, "If you're sure."

Ryuga nodded, "So are you going to that party?"

Merlin sighed, "Unfortunately no, I'm only here as a delivery boy. Arthur and Alice will be attending the party as our representative."

The hero nodded, "I see, they're meeting the president now, right?"
