When the last cry
Echoes across the sky
When the painful tears
Hide behind the sad smiles
When the ache arises
And the future comprises
Of hate and pain
When it rains
In your heart and soul
When you drown
Deep down
In your own miseries
When the joy slips
And sorrow grips
Your entire being
Brutally being ripped apart
You wander like a lost person
Searching your soul
Finding your existence
'cause it isn't how it was meant to be
Yet pain is all the eye can see
So the almost fading desire arises again
The desire for revenge
The desire to avenge

Her alluring eyes gazed across the light blue sky, the white puffy clouds floating above failing to cover the sun that shone down brightly illuminating a beautiful dawn.
Soft winds blew rustling the leaves and her glittery orbs could easily catch the sight of the birds flying across the calm sky.
However, the condition of her heart wasn't that calm. There was a storm raking in there.

She blinked gazing at the light blue sky, the colour similar to the oversized sweatshirt she was wearing above her white highneck paired with dark blue jeans.
Her lips almost puckered in a pout, eyebrows marring a cute frown and orbs complaining as the words left her lips,
"You didn't tell me".

A gentle smile spread across his lips at her sulking tone,
"But I'm telling you now".

She immediately shook her head closing her eyes as she spoke,
"Uh-hun! Don't tell me then. I don't want to hear it".
As if her heart would shatter again for the umpteenth time if she heard those words again.

A soft throaty chuckle escaped his lips,
"But I'll have to tell you 'cause I have to go".

Inaya immediately snapped her eyes open and glanced above at the charming face of the man who was still gazing back at her with a soft smile,
"Why do you have to go"?
The frown rested there and so did the creases between her brows.

His smile deepened, his one hand continued running its fingers through her hair while the other reached the space between her brows smoothing down the lines.
He gazed down at the sulking pouty face of his life that was resting on his lap,
"I wish I could refuse but I have to go. I can't leave my men on their own. Inaya, the lives of innocents would be at stake. I can't put them in danger, can I"?
He asked softly, trying to make her understand.

Her lashes nearly gathered the moisture on them that she tried hard to control,
"But it would take so long".

A soft sigh left his lips as he gazed back at her with his warm sincere hazel orbs, the colour of them looking so light under the sun's light, almost honey like,
"It will, atleast a week at minimum".

Inaya tried hard not to let her chin wobble but her tear ducts betrayed her immediately gathering the moisture in her eyes,
"I'll miss you".
Her whisper barely audible as the round big tear dripped from the corner of her eye, getting absorbed in the fabric of his light blue jeans.

His slender thin finger reached below her chin tilting it slightly,
"Inaya"?
The mere voice laced with so much adoration and warmth.

Inaya raised her orbs towards him, the sheet of moisture so obvious in those almond shaped eyes.
He felt his heart clench in pain, his soul rip apart.

He immediately leaned down kissing the top of her eyelids before retreating back as he gazed back at her head on his lap in utter concern,
"Ap ro kiyun rahi hain? Mat royen na"!
His voice almost pleading.
