I closed my eyes as hot tears filled the corner of my eyes. Nothing calmed my anger today. Neither the cold breeze from the sea, nor the beautiful waves...neither the view of Bandra beach from my office. Nothing!!!

I clenched my fingers in a fist while still trying to calm my anger when I heard the lady's voice

'Sir....Is it done? Can I go back to work?' and I simply removed my glasses rubbed my eyes and turned around saying

'You may leave...And mind you...if you ever open your mouth about this to anyone. I'll fire you. You'll neither remain a receptionist at my place nor at anyone else's!!!' and she gulped in fear and nodded saying 'You can trust me Sir!' and I chuckled saying 'I dont TRUST anyone lady. I only trust my money and my power. You'll get the money as per what was discussed but if you go against me...you'll get to know my power too!!!' I threatened her openly while she nodded saying 'I need this money for my child's treatment Sir. Be rest assured. I will not tell anyone!' and I nodded when Aman stood at the doors of the terrace staring at me and the lady.

'Aman!!!' I said and he nodded and handed over a parcel to her. She smiled and thanked me and left from there when I simply turned around looking at the sea and asked 'What is wrong with her child?' and he said

'Her daughter needs a cardiac surgery. The kid has a hole in its heart!!! The child is in Bangalore getting treated but the surgery needs expertise and a lot of money' he said and my jaw clenched.

'Finance the surgery!!! Infact finance the entire treatment!' I said and Aman didn't say anything but kept looking at me. I could feel his gaze on me. After a few minutes when he didn't utter a word his gaze started annoying me.

'Whatttt???' I asked getting irritated with his look while he chuckled sarcastically and said

'I dont understand what is wrong with you Sir? You are ready to help someone who stays about a thousand kms away from you just by listening to my words and you don't trust a certain someone for whom your heart beats for!!!' and my anger bubbled up and shot him a look saying

'I think it's time I remind you the rules of working with me Aman!!!' I said and he shot me a look saying

'I haven't forgotten anything Sir...I'm not a Aditya Raj Suryavanshi to forget anything so easily. I completely remember everything but I can't see you destroying your happiness with your own hands!' and I took a deep breath saying

'Aman...If you don't zip your mouth. I'll bloody fire you!!!' and he smiled saying

'Ofcourse you may Sir! What more can I expect from a man like you...You who knew her so well let go off her without talking to her can easily let go off me for speaking my heart out. But you know what Sir??? I don't care anymore!!!' saying he started walking away from there when I spoke up at once

'I heard her talk to that guy...I saw those pictures as well and what explanation you have about that video footage where she was openly flirting with that random fellow??? Everything is a lie is it Aman??? Tell me???' I asked and he tried stepping closer saying

'No Sir!!! I'm not saying anything of that sort...all I'm saying is try to once talk to her and find out the truth! You have already done enough damage in your anger. Did you read today's headlines?
