!Warning! : this chapter has scenes of violence and gore.

And also I used Google translate for the translations in here, apologies if they aren't accurate.

I pulled up to the facade of the Mafia's headquarters. I got out of the car to my uncle Giovani, who reached in for a hug. "Nipote!"

"Ciao zio. Lui é qui?"

"Inside." His tone laced with his rusty Italian accent. "L'ho tenuto in buone condizioni, solo per poterlo distruggere tu stesso."

I smirked, adjusting my jacket. "Let's get this over with."

We walked down the long corridor, to the torture chambers underground. Greetings from alliances flew my way as we made our way through. I hadn't been here in a long time, but the dull screams in the background never seemed to change.

One of the guards that escorted us pushed the doors open to one of the chambers. And before I could walk in, my uncle placed his hand on my shoulder, stopping me. "Nipote, before you go in there, your-"

"Gio, I don't have time for this." I interrupted, then flung his hand off my shoulder and walked into the torture chamber. Two guards accompanied me.

He faced the concrete wall. Staring at nothing as my name rolled off his tongue. "Christoph Enzo Lucciano."

"Jacopo?" I let out, in a questioning tone. I still didn't want to believe it even though it was spotlessly played out in front of me.

He folded his hands and brought them to his mouth. "Spiacente!" He said, shuddering uncontrollably. He probably overdosed on some coke.

"S-sorry. I could not be faithful." He gave a crooked smile.

"I'm not here for apologies." I spat as I took out my gun and handed it to one of my men.

"I know..." He breathed. "I know you're here so I can kill you." He articulated foolishly. As I began cracking my knuckles. The only reason I was patient is because he was family, otherwise I would have blown his head off as soon as I got here.

"You're upset. Are you really going to kill me?" He spat mockingly, and my tolerance slowly thinned as I glared at him.

He laughed maniacally as he moved closer. "So you can disappoint Ada once more, huh?" My fist hit his face without even giving it a second thought, and he stumbled back. He passed his hand over his bleeding mouth then proceeded to wipe his stained hand on his shirt. "Hitting me won't change anything." He gave a trying smile as he breathed heavily. "You want to prove that you're a man now, huh? I've watched you grow and I know you very well." He clenched his fists, bringing them up before me. "Come on, let's go."

He flung his fists at me, hitting me in the face and abdomen a couple of times before I took hold and beat the worthless life out of him.

I grabbed him by the throat and punched him until his knees gave in. He knelt before me. I plunged my knee into his abdomen, weakening him entirely, while I broke his face with my fists.

My fucking hand literally throbbing from the pain and violent collision.

"You-" He breathed blood pouring from his mouth. He was halfway between life and death. "You ruin everything, Enzo. Just like you ruined Ada and everyone!"

I grabbed the upper part of his mouth then crushed his fucking jaw on my knee. I released him then pulled a dagger out of my pocket. He breathed deeply and loudly as he tried to drag himself away from me. I fell to my knees right in front of him , throwing its sheath to the side. The veins in my hands literally bulging out as I shuddered uncontrollably, grabbing his broken jaw, pulling his mouth open, then pulled his tongue out of its little bloody hiding place. This bitch wasn't about to speak again. I clenched my jaw. Swiftly, I cut his tongue out of his mouth. He let out inaudible cries which irritated me to the core. I threw it aside. Then I proceeded to stick the dagger into his abdomen, causing him to arch upwards, as I made my way up his chest.

I tossed the dagger away, then with my hands I broke open his chest and ribs, exposing his rotten insides. I fell back. Hands dripping with blood. Sitting next to what once was my cousin, as my eyes dampened.

Disloyalty was something I couldn't handle well. It's either you're loyal or we aren't acquainted at all.

I pushed my hair out of my face with my arm. Pushed up to my feet as my men began dealing with the remains.

My hand grasped the door handle, causing a sticky sensation. I pulled the door open. Returning to the large corridor where my uncle stood, "Nipote." His voice strangled within his throat. Following his eyes, I turned to Claudia, Jacopo's wife.

She looked at me spitefully. Anger clearly expressed on her visage, "You!" She spat through gritted teeth. And just now did I realise the repercussions of my actions.

"What the hell is wrong with you Christoph?!" She cried out
