"Alright, let's let this meeting commence."
Rae motioned for the men to all sit and I took the seat next to my superior at his desk. Yoongi's eyes pierced into mine, his eyes practically undressing me as I continued to attempt to keep my cool in front of my boss.
"Well, I must say-this came as quite a shock. I knew Cova had to have been dating someone, I just didn't know who," Rae opened as he looked over at me and smirked before turning back to the men in front of us.
"How did you know?" Namjoon asked, a smug smile on his lips as he turned to Yoongi with one raised brow.
"She was being nice to everyone, especially Wooyoung. She called him 'honey'...that's saying something," Rae joked as he poked my shoulder and I quickly brushed him off and shook my head at his playfulness.
"Wooyoung-ah has been shining lately, it's just simple advice," I waved off, looking up and Yoongi before realizing the look in his eyes was too intense, so I shifted my eyes back down.
"We at KQ have no problem with this relationship, but the important thing here is Cova keeping her loyalty here, to Ateez. She's being looked at for my job when I retire, this relationship can't interfere with her dreams to move up."
I smiled softly at Rae taking the parental-type route when explaining this. He was respecting my relationship, while also saving my job, which everyone in this room knew meant everything to me.
"We've had the same concerns, regardless of who any of the boys date. We can assure you we won't be asking anything that will interfere with Ateez and their future as a group," Sejin added, nodding at the words that Rae spoke.
