"Who's scheduled to come in this morning?"
"J-Hope, Jimin, and Suga-ssi, so it'll most likely be dance focused today," I answered Sonnie as we walked down the hallway towards the garage entrance elevator to grab our guests.
"Dance related? All due respect here Cova, but doesn't Suga-ssi himself say he'd prefer mentoring rap and production rather than dance? What's he coming for?"
I shrugged as I pressed the garage level button and scanned my badge, "my guess is he'll be attending when he can, seeing as this was his and RM's idea."
Sonnie nodded as the elevator hummed with its movements downward, but that was the only sound that filled the small metal room for the rest of the ride.
Last night went well.
I only stayed a couple more hours before I ducked out to get some sleep to prepare for today, being as it was the first day that a BTS member, or members, were coming for mentorship and I knew energy would be high. Which I was right.
I also had one on one English assessments today so I made sure to get home early to prepare my notes to readily pull them during their mentorship hours. I did remind myself to get Wooyoung's done first before any BTS members got there, just so I wouldn't have to deal with his whining on being removed for even a second during their first 'lesson.'
I also contemplated how my first solo session with Seonghwa and Hongjoong would go today, seeing as it would be my first time being alone with either of them since I called our arrangement off. Neither of them have acted out towards me since our last talks but I know their feelings haven't changed that fast, I know mine haven't.
So I'm keeping my eyes open.
The elevator let out a ding sound, pulling Sonnie and I both out of our own little worlds as the doors slowly opened. Looking around, I noticed we made perfect time, seeing as the 3 Bangtan members in question were just now walking towards where we stood.
"Have you met them yet?" I asked Sonnie curiously as we stepped forward and he shook his head, planting a facade of professionalism on his face.
"Nope."
Sonnie has always been a very stoic man, with the occasional out of pocket one liner and side smile when something slightly amused him. He was average height with an odd similarity in looks to our very own San, often referred as his long lost brother. But especially with his long worked military service, the man was very observant and professional-and jacked.
I side eyed him for a moment before softly responding, "well you're doing well. Rae-ssi almost shit his pants."
Sonnie smirked softly before stepping forward and bowing towards the 3 men, initiating greetings.
"Bangtan, welcome to KQ once again. I'm Lee Sonn-Yu, but I often get called Sonnie. I look forward to working with you." I made eye contact with the members one by one as they looked up at me during their reciprocated bows and I slightly dipped my head in acknowledgment.
"J-Hope, Jimin, Suga, pleasure seeing you again," they nodded and greeted me softly as I stepped back and let them in the elevator, swiping my badge once more, and pressing the 5th floor button.
I could see Jimin smirking at me from the corner of my eye, Yoongi continuing his staring problem, but also took note at how Hobi kept his head down and looked at his phone.
Sonnie made polite small talk with Jimin after he initiated with the question of "how long have you worked for KQ?" And I busied myself with answering emails.
