It's been two years since Park Y/n, Jungkook's best friend passed.
Jungkook has finally debuted and he's doing well in the music industry. He's gotten some idol friends and met some important people. He has finally achieved his goal.
He even has his own fanbase now. Kook, is his fandom's name.
That was what she used to call him.
His fans chose the name themselves. Jungkook felt like it was his best friend that watched over him from somewhere up higher.
He misses her lots.
He hasn't forgotten about her.
Not a day goes by that he doesn't think about her.
He keeps her in his heart. His treasure to forever hold on to.
At the moment, Jungkook is on a chair, in the middle of a studio. He's called in for an interview.
The rising star, Jeon Jungkook, that suddenly gained fame over just a few months had taken South Korea by storm. Despite he only debuted 8 months ago, he'd grown popular enough to already perform at music award shows.
Today, he is sitting in a chair, asked about what made him come this far.
Two years ago, Jungkook was broken, discouraged and miserable.
The people around him would've never thought he'd get this far.
But Jungkook realized something. He realized that he would let his princess down, if he just gave up on everything. He knew, she'd never want to see him give up. He didn't want to disappoint her.
In all the darkness, a tiny light shone and it brought him to where he was today.
It was all thanks to her.

I made this video long ago as a form of promotion for mldos that I would post on TikTok, but then I got the idea that it might as well make an appearance in the book, and then I made this epilogue.
I assume most of you are not happy with the ending or whatsoever, but I personally am really happy with it. I think books with darker endings or less cliche endings are the best, because they are the ones leaving you with an empty feeling and the ones you remember.
I hope this chapter brightens you all up a bit, to see Jungkook didn't give up on life, but instead used Y/n as a guardian angel whom held a hand over him at any times.
Lastly, thank you all SOOOO much for reading, commenting, voting or whatever you did. I am so incredibly thankful for all of your support. This is my favorite work of my own and I wish for it to reach more people, but I'm satisfied that it reached you reading this right now♡
