Zhan yawns and tries his best to keep eyes open. Strong laptop screen light makes him feel more dazed and leans cheek on the palm. It's been few days since they talk, talk and nothing more. Although they tried their best, still there is something what causes awkwardness. Maybe past they can't leave behind? Some things needs to be told, discussed but who will start? Who will try to destroy those wall? Zhan sighs from irritation and hides face between his arms. There is sudden sound coming from outside, but dizziness wins over and he stays still not minding anything. He hears someone sitting down, feels stare and that pleasant familiar scent, breath becoming heavy and distance shortening. Zhan's heart almost stops beating when soft lips touches his temple and slowly raises head. Young man sitting next to him gets startled and jumps back, almost falling from chair "You were awake? what if it was someone else? how could you stay quiet?" Yibo keeps talking with angry tone and Zhan raises his eyebrows as warning
"shame on you Wang Yibo, stealing kisses and blaming me? you think I couldn't recognize you? you think...my heart almost..."
"I'm sorry, I was too loud" Yibo awkwardly smiles and scratches his nape "I called Cheng and he said you're here. Why won't you take a rest? it's too late already"
"just for your information I have phone too, I didn't change number also. Or maybe you prefer to talk to Cheng? I heard you became very close while you're at abroad"
"Don't tell me you're..."
"Of course not, why should I be jealous? No, I don't care if you hang on Haikuan like necklace too. Xiao Zhan isn't jealous type at all" Zhan keeps talking with sulking kid tone and pouty lips, until Yibo quickly cups his face and whispers
"Super adorable, even more than before"
"Liar. You don't want me anymore"
"I see Xiao Zhan became too sulky, result of getting old?"
"You even dare to tease me?" Zhan frowns and Yibo shakes head with soft smile
"Let me walk you to home. Late night is always dangerous for someone pretty like you"
"Why it feels like high school boy is hitting on me?" Zhan laughs noticing Yibo's blushed cheeks and gets up, putting jacket on "we both trying so hard right? let's go, guard may think we're doing something naughty"
"Mn ok" Yibo follows him like lost puppy and stays few steps back after they go out, nervously rubbing his hands.
"Very cold right?" Zhan stops and turns back, taking hand out from the pocket. Yibo nods with light smile and slowly entwines their fingers, as both shiver on the touch "I was missing it, the warmth of your hands Yibo. We went thought too much, but still this kind of moments feel too unfamiliar"
