Chapter 3, Race day

Y/N POV

*Dream*

i was currently walking around in a street full of blossoming cherry trees, their pink and white mixed pedals falling around me as the wind took some with it. I was looking around to see if i could recognise the street, and low and behold i did. Its where i used to life, about 13 years ago.

i kept walking trough the street until noticed a sound, it sounded like crying and i was already afraid of who i might have found at the end of that sound. I start walking slightly faster as i come around the corner there it was, the school building, the same school were i met them.

i wal towards the sound of the now more audible crying, walking around the corner i could only see two little girls crying, i-i-it cant be right. But fate is a cruel misstres sometimes and it was exactly who i feared i would see.

because before my very eyes where Evelynn and Ahri locked in each others embrace, crying. That's something i would never forget again. At that point as i was standing there, little  Evelynn looked exactly at me and spoke.

Evelynn: Why Y/N, Why did you have to leave us

all i could do was look as i stood there frozen in a mixture if guilt and fear. It was true, i left them, but not without reason. at least that's what i used to tell myself. Now i'm not even sure about that part anymore

Y/N: i-i-i-i i

no matter how hard i tried the words wouldn't come out

that's when little Evelynn walked up to me and embraced me and she spoke once more

Evelynn: it doesn't matter anymore, you are here again now, just promise not to leave us again

all i could do was look down at the little girl that i left, and who i have now seen has grown up into such a beautiful woman. All i could do at this point was hug her back and say

Y/N: i promise my Eve, i promise to not leave again

*End of dream*

i woke up in a sweat, it was that dream again, but something was different. The ending, i found them again. Somehow i might be able to make this right

I looked at the Alarm clock next to my bead as it read 23:42. I feel as if i'm not going to be able to fall asleep again soon so might as wel take a walk

i walk down the stairs and to the hallway, i put on my coat and grab my keys as i walk out. I make sure i locked the door behind me, i wouldn't be gone long but still. as i started walking i felt the cold air nip at my exposed skin, a sudden breeze coming over me as i kept walking

I walked for a good while until i arrived ar a bench standing on a hill, as i sat down i looked up at the stars and just wondered

Y/N: i wonder if i truly make this right again.

after pondering at that fact i stood up again and walked back home, went back inside and went back to sleep.

Until i was awoken by my alarm, the clock now reading 9:00. i sighed to myself and sat down on the edge of the bed stretching before getting up and changing from my PJ's to some normal clothes wearing a f/c shirt with some f/c pants. 

as i walked down went to the kitchen to make me some breakfast

Y/N: now what to make what to make, i said to myself
