••REILLY's POV

It was Monday again. I woke up said a prayer, read my bible and hopped out of bed.

It was funny that two days had passed but the first person I thought about was Gerard. I thought about his eyes wondering if I was sent the wrong message.

I made a trip to the shower allowing the warm sensation to destress me then I found my undergarments and my uniform putting them on under my towel which I held wrapped around my body.

When I was finished dressing, I made my way down the stairs into the kitchen drinking a glass of water and having a pop tart for breakfast. I know it's not the ideal breakfast but it's the one I've grown familiar with especially because when I eat in the house I begin to feel queasy and upset.

I find the keys to the house and open the door to a hand ready to knock at the door and I quickly shot it back. What the hell?

A knock sounded at the door causing her heart to race. I lean against it hoping to God that the person doesn't begin a violent assault on the door.

To my relief, a knock sounded again but it was normal if not gentle. At the moment, I couldn't help but wondered where my father was. Probably at some casino wasting my time and money on poker and booze.

Deciding it was alright to come out, I leant off the door opening it again. A figure to before me the rays of sun streaming passed him enabling me only to see a silhouette. A hand gently held my fingers bringing my hand to his lips. I was about to snatch it away when I saw those familiar eyes. The same ones I had gazed into mindlessly last Friday night so much so that they were forever burned into my memory.

"G-Gerard?"

"Good morning to you to," he laughed and it felt like honey.

"What are you doing here?"

"I've come to take you to work,"

"You asked me out I went with you. Don't insult me ... I'm not some charity case." I cast the daggers that were my eyes on him before shutting the door behind me and pushing past him.

"Ooookkkk ... Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed!" Gerard began reaching my side in a few strides. Damn him for being so tall! "I was just offe-"

"Spare me your charity Gerard. You had you're date now leave me ALONE!!!" I yelled over my should before he stood in front of me. "Move!!!"

He stood there with his hands folded and a daring look in his eyes. "Trying to get rid of me Darling?"

"Get out of my way Ger-" before I could finish saying his name, I was staring into his back while he held me at my waist.

"Put. Me. Down." I said pounding the hardest I could into his back to no avail. He was solid all over.

"That tickles," he chuckled much to my annoyance. "Is that all you've got?"

"Why won't you leave my alone you pigheaded mister?"

"I will ... just as soon as you admit you want a second date."

"Dream on Cowboy!"

Without warning he opened the passenger side a plopped me down standing between my thighs. His fingertips whispered over my half exposed legs sending shocks throughout my body. He lowered his head so that he was now at my eye level.

A sickening smirk played on his lips as his face drew nearer to mine. I could feel his breathes breeze across my face causing me to inhale sharply.

"As a matter of fact Princess, I do dream about you." He said as simple as drinking a glass of water leaving me stunned. He held both my legs turning me to face the windshield before enabling my seatbelt all while chuckling at me. "Lighten up Princess ... I don't just dream about any and anyone."

We rode in silence beside the track that was playing on the radio at the time. Taylor Swift's hit, I Knew You Were Trouble was playing and seemed to epitomize a few aspects of my life at present.

I just focused on staring out the window not ready to talk or meet his gaze at the moment after his previous declarations. They had stunned me. My mind went into overdrive. How could he say such lies?

"Earth to Princess, we're here!" Gerard said snapping me back to reality.

I didn't even notice that he'd opened the door for me or that he leant his arm over the top and his side against the side of it. His shirt strained against his torso as his other arm held his hip. He looked like he'd come put of one of those flawless magazines.

My eyes drifted to his and my heart skipped a beat as I realised he was watching me watch him.

"See something you like Reilly?" He said, his eyes darker and that sickening yet extremely gorgeous smile of his played on his lips.

"Never!" I said, finally stepping out of his truck.

Gerard chuckled as he closed the door. I began to walk when he circled his hand around my waist pulling me into his side. I spared him a glanced to see him yet again already staring at me. I couldn't help but blush and this won me another laugh that I have to admit at least to myself was incredibly sexy.
