Chapter 2

Hailey's POV

I stretched out and headed to the bathroom to take a shower .. I put on my baggy black weat pants and a white tank top with my black baseball jacket.and my baby blue airjordans. Then head downstairs..my dad is never really at home and trust me I'm not complaining  at all. I take my keys and head out.. I stop by a near by food shop to get breakfast then go straight to school

My dad and I  dont have a good relationship at all.. He's hardly at home and when he is things always get ugly.

I parked my car then had my breakfast before i went for class. I had a knock on my window and shit I almost spilled coffee on my pants..I look and see Alex smiling like a fool.

"Shit Alex stop doing that" I  said with my angry voice

"Just chill open  the door " he said with a grin on his face.. sometimes i wonder who's  going to marry Alex dont get me wrong I love my best friend  but sometimes he's  just too crazy. He hops in the passenger seat soon as I  unlock my door.

" So Kim was looking for you...and I wonder why so early would she be looking for you" he raise his eyebrows playfully.

Instead of responding to him I  said " don't you think Kimberly is a beautiful  name " Alex didn't disagree or agree he just bust into laughter.

" I  think someone is inlove." Honestly  that caught me off gaurd

" you know what i think we should go to class instead of sitting here and listening to you blabbering nonsense" I said trying to get over what  he just said.

We got out of the car went to our lokers and headed for our first class of the day

I was walking to my locker after my last class when I saw Alex with a his girlfriend Bianca. And the walked towards me still in their lovey dovey position

"Hey Bia, hey Lex" I greet the both of them with a fake smile

"Hey you" they both say.then look at each other in suprise then start to laugh .. I  swear sometimes  I just don't  get the both of them

" I'm Alex I'm  heading home okay..the old man wants me home before 5pm so maybe we'll  hang out some other time" I  tell him as I  scartch the back of my neck looking down.

Alex sighs and nods his head and gives me a worried look buh I give him a reassuring smile .. I locked my locker and walked away from them.. i could feel Alex watching me as I walk aways.

When I got to my car I saw a text from Alex

Alex: text me if you need me okay.🥺

Me: I will dawg, thanks 😔

I start my car and head home. The ride was so short fvck..and I  can't turn  back because dad is waiting outside  and he saw my car.. I  park my car and walk over to greet him.

"Hey father" I  give him a smile which he doesnt return, that hurts buh I'm  used to it now.. we walk into the house with complete silence .. 

"Listen kid.. I'll  be gone for few days. I will text you when I'm  coming back make sure that you'll  be here when I  get back" he said looking at his phone then got up and headed for the door

"I'm leaving now "

"Bye dad travel safe" I  said to him.. he only looled at me then left.

Thank goodness that actually  went better than I thought.. I looked throught the curtains and watched him drive  off  in his car... I  played music and cleaned the house since I've  been really busy along the week..

Once i was done I watched Miraculous tales of ladybug and catnoir and had dinner .. its been a long day and i was so tired.. so i headed upstairs then went to  the bathroom

I walked into the shower and felt the warm water start falling on my skin. Its so relaxing.. I get out and lotion my body then put on my clean boxer and my sport bra ..then my push ins.. I take my laptop and go to netflix then watch Obedience...

Honeslty I  wasnt even watching all I  could think of was

Kimberly.
