i tossed my phone and turned the tv on to keep me from crying all over again . i dont think im ready for all of this .. its just too early for me .
i just turned 19 and im already pregnant by my bestfriend who ive been fucking . everything was stressing me out so bad .
my phone dinged . i picked it up reading the notification from shawn .
♥️..: nah im in traffic u gon have to catch me tmr . 1:26am
me: mmk ..1:26am
♥️..: kaycei dont start g . i gtg ill hit chu sometime later .1:27am
me: mmk shawn . be safe .1:27am

i just stared at the text in shock . i didnt know what to say .. did i love him back? i- im so confused right now .. lord .
me: i love you too shawn 1:29am
he read it and i left the chat putting my phone down . maybe i did over react when he was explaining his feelings to me ... maybe they were true and i was scared for him to admit it .
i then ran to the bathroom and threw up , this time making it to the toilet . after i finished i heard my phone ringing .
"hello ?"
"hey baby how uu feelin ?"
"i just threw up again ."
"did uu ever go get the test ??"
"yes .. it was positive"
"whos the babydaddy?"
"moomm"
"what ? im just curious is all ."
"shawn .."
"wait .. shawn ? yo bestie shawn ?"
"yes mom"
"aww honey i always knew uu two would be together im so happy !"

i explained to her everything including my birthday and all the way until now .
"oh honey .. itll all work out uu just need to stop being so cold and listen sometimes chile . now i know uu got that from ya daddy . open up a little baby ."
"ill try but mom what if im not ready ?"
"uu will be . stop saying what if because uu will be . and ull be a great mother and girlfriend i just know it."
"well i hope so .. im about to watch tv and stuff ill call uu later"
"okay baby and talk to him kaycei ."
"okay mom i will ."
we said our goodbyes and hung up .
she was right i do like shawn .. i just have a hard time showing it because i didnt want us to change . and with shawn being the way he is , it made it no better .
after a few episodes of Naruto , i heard someone trying to get into my apartment .
the door opened and i heard footprints coming closer and closer .
the person opened my room door revealing that it was only shawn .
"oh god uu scared the shit out of me " i said holding my chest . "howd uu get in hea ??"
"dont worry bout it , im here now whatchu wanted ?" he said sitting down at the far end of the bed pulling out his phone .
"i wanna restart our convo .." i said while playing with my fingers .
he chuckled and locked his phone back . "kaycei i tried to explain to uu repeatedly and uu just said fuck what i say and how i feel . it was all about how uu felt in the moment and thay shit was fucked up ."
"i know thats why i apologized and asked can we talk again .. i was scared shawn." i still played with my fingers .
"ight well im in love with uu and ion care how uu feel about it . we havin this baby ." he said looking me dead in my eyes .
i looked down still picking at my fingers . he got up and grabbed my chin planting a kiss on my lips .
"im finna go , be ready in the AM imma take uu and baby out for breakfast"
"okay.." i said quietly .
"kaycei we good i swea . i just wanted to let it be known that i feel for uu ."
i smiled , letting him know that i understood . "goodnight and be safe , text me when uu make it home ."
"im always safe ma and fasho " he said walking out . i heard my front door click and lock indicating that he left and locked the door .
i yawned turning over going to sleep .
