y/n and nagato were having and open discussion on whether he would be staying in the Sakura empire unknowingly the royal navy had supposedly planned to sabotage the Sakura empire however the involvement of a third unknown party disrupted the plans causing said sabotage to backfire and had caused the death of y/n

No pov

Nagato had left y/n to go pursue his supposed killers however she had come across amagi

Amagi: lady nagato we-*notices blood on nagato hand* nagato what happened

Nagato: it's not important what's going on

Amagi: lady nagato your scent is stained with blood this is important 

Nagato ignored amagi turning towards the research centre but was stopped when amagi held her left arm

Amagi: nagato tell me what happened you not acting like yourself

Nagato: * clenching right fist* i want to fight off the enemies here 

Amagi: no you dont you seek blood i can feel the killing intent you ha-

Nagato: THOSE BASTARDS MUST DIE

Amagi had flinched letting go of nagato's arm the process, she was frozen in fear having felt nagato's killing intent slowly creep up onto her she had never felt such rage spewing from the young leader. nagato only turned towards the research center and left amagi there confused and fearful

Amagi: Musashi his probably helping somewhere but lady nagato something is wrong with her

Musashi: it's understandable she was in a meeting with him before this all happened so maybe she's just furious beyond repair you have seen her like that when she battles too

Amagi: (but the killing intent i felt that was too real) Shimakaze and Kitakaze are handling the issue at the development lab

Musashi: amagi you go help the Takao sisters I'll be with the fifth carrier division scouting the oceans 

Amagi nods and begins heading to the direction of the Takao sisters

Sheffield pov

I finally arrived at the location the bombs went off prematurely I look up to see a clear hole leading downwards fully exposing the sky above us I'm amazed that the explosion did not fully level the place but that was the least of my concerns I needed to find dido and Sirius so we can leave this damn place after a couple minutes of searching I was able to find Sirius sword next to a stack of rubble which was a good distance away from the said hole 

Sheffield: Sirius!

I moved the rubble revealing both Sirius and dido though Sirius took a lot more damage than her protecting her from the blast I moved both Sirius and dido and made them lay flat on the ground dido was the first to regain consciousness

Dido: *violently coughing*

Sheffield: dido

Dido: Sheffield...what happened did dido cause another failure

Sheffield: no something caused the bombs you planted to go off early it's not your fault

Dido: is Sirius ok
