I found myself rereading the message that Peter had sent me, I haven't smiled like this in a while. I was going on a date with the boy I have been crushing on for the last 2 months. And with everything that had happened with Hydra and Collin and the fight with Peter, to finally have something nice happening in my life was like finally coming up for air after being under water for a long time and Peter was my fresh air. I did feel guilty about being happy when my father was in hospital, but Nick told me he would keep me updated.

After finally putting my phone down, I felt my stomach rumbling and I realized that I was hungry. I didn't know how long Peter was going to be so maybe I could have something small to keep me going. As I was walking past my father's room, something caught the corner of my eye, and I walked in to see that it was a photo album. It had "Y/N's childhood" in it and on the first page was a picture of my father and me in the park feeding the ducks. I remember that we used to do it every Sunday for Father/Son time and then after we would go get ice cream no matter the weather.

I then got a flashback from the roof and saw my father falling to the ground after trying to save me from Hydra. All this time I thought my father was lying to me because he didn't want me knowing what he did, but infact it was all to protect me and I needed him to know that I was sorry. I then heard a knock at my door, and I headed towards it.

I looked through the peephole to see who it was, because after everything that happened, it was better to be safe than sorry. But I saw that it was Peter, and he was holding something behind his back, I opened the door and Pete had a big smile on his face. "You look so cute in my clothes" he says walking into the apartment still not showing me what was behind his back. "I got this for you" he finally reveals that it was a pink roses.

"Peter, it's so pretty" I take the roses and walk over to the kitchen to put them into water, "So what's on today's agenda" hoping that I would get some sort of hint about what he had planned for the date. All he did was giggle and then tell me that it was a surprise for me, he then took something out of his pocket, and it was a blindfold, and I couldn't help but laugh when I saw it. "Damn, Peter... didn't think you were that kinky" I joke, and I watch as his face begins to go red from his blushing.

"What..No... "Well not yet" he winks as he says the last part, and it honestly sent shivers down my spine thinking about Peter in that way. "It so that you don't see where we are going while May drives us" he hands it to me, and I take it from him. "Yeah, Sir" I joked again and watched his face go red again, it was nice for once to make Peter blush instead of the other way around. Just then his phones then buzzes in his pocket and he tells me that May is waiting for us in the car.

"It's time" he says with a serious face as he pushes me out the door and makes sure that it is locked before we leave. As I got closer, I could see May sitting in the front of the car with a huge grin on her face, and I watched as she mouthed "about time" and I couldn't help but laugh. "May, will you tell Peter to at least give me a hint" I fake moan as I get into the car, and she gives Peter a look, but he just shakes his head.

"No" he says in a serious tone and May looks at me with a weird face as we both were shocked about how serious Peter is about this. He tells me that it is time for me to put on my blindfold, and we are going to drive. Everything was fine at first but then I started to get flashbacks of me being kidnapped and being left alone in the dark in the cold room and in the trunk of the car.

My chest begins to tighten, and I could feel myself shaking a bit, "Y/N, is everything ok" I hear Aunt May ask me. "Yeah, I'm fine" I answer back trying not to ruin Peter's plans. "Shit" I hear Peter whisper beside me and then I feel him move closer beside me and take my hand, "I'm sorry I forgot, if you want to take it off you can" he whispers to me so Aunt May doesn't hear us. "No, I'm fine. Having you close to me is help me" and I was being honest, when Peter grabbed my hand, it felt like all my worries and fears went away.
