(3k Special!) When Your Jealous Headcannons

Grian:

- I'd just like to say that this bird boy doesn't get jealous to easily

- Most of the time it's mock jealousy, not the real deal

- Someone would have to be doing hardcore flirting for him to get even a little angry

- And If you weren't comfortable with it then he's more protective then anything

- But If you seem to enjoy it then he get's jealous

- He'll tell you that he want's to go home and leave the other person behind

- Then, once your behind closed doors, he'll get super clingy

- Practically drags you over to him and wraps every limb he can around you

- Arms, legs, wings, head goes over yours-

- And like, holds you so tight for the whole experience

- If you ask what it's about he won't give you an answer, just keep holding you

- Doesn't. Let. Go.

- Until he sees it fit to stop you will stay in his grasp and trust me there is no escape

- And then you piece it together.

- Once you call him out for it he'll just mumble some gibberish and squeeze you tighter

- You reassure him that your his though and he finally loosens his grip a little, though his wings still prevented you from leaving

"Grian, sometimes I flirt with players for fun. It's nothing personal, you're the only one I love."

- You let out a comforting smile, hugging him

- After he knows that you don't want anyone else, he'll apologize and let you go

 "I- I don't like to imagine you like this with other players... I'm sorry."

- But then you keep hugging him and he just get's the brightest of smiles and holds you again

- Jealousy just leads to cuddles every single time with him

You:

- You're on a pretty normal scale I guess

- I mean it's not easily but... you can and will get jealous 

- Chilling with other players is fine, you let him do that all he likes

- But if he gives a random person a big compliment you take it as flirting and it really get's on your nerves

- You'll quietly excuse yourself and go home

- While he uses physical touch to handle his jealousy, you use isolation.

- Locking yourself in your room you just go through all the other players that he could be kissing or cuddling with instead of you

- Then it turns from jealousy to self loathing

- You imagine how much better the others would be then you at it all

- Comforting him, giving him gifts, the whole package.

- Eventually after an hour or so he get's concerned by your sudden leave with no return

- He'll come into your base for you and hear soft sobbing

- That's when he get's worried

"Y/N! Open the door!"

- After you don't he will take out his axe and break it down, running inside the room

- You'll look up from your pillow with teary eyes, glaring at him.

"What're you doing here? Why don't you go talk to that other person who you seemed so interested in?!"

- And then it clicks for him.

- He'll walk quickly to the side of the bed, taking your hand in his own and caressing it

"Your the only one I want. It was just a compliment, I love you."

- You realize what actually happened and bury your face into your hands, crying

"I'm so sorry! I don't- I don't deserve you. You should go find someone else, Grian. I'm just a-"

-  He cuts you off by grabbing your hands away from your face and kissing you deeply, closing his  eyes as his wings wrapped around you to bring you closer

- Your eyes widen in surprise but you kiss back, confusion and sadness clear in your expression

- Once you two break apart for air, his eyes open again to look at you. 

"None of this. I'm dating you because I chose to, don't forget that."

- You'll smile sadly and end up spending the rest of the night (from his wishes) snuggled us together

- Because he loves you and you love him.
