(Knockouts POV)
I was laying on our berth and just staring at the ceiling. I was bored out of my mind but at the same time I didn't really feel like doing anything. Breakdown has been constantly telling me that I need to rest, and he's right, I mean I'm due to pop any day now. But still, When your literally laying down basically 24/7 it can get pretty boring. I wanted some energon but I didn't want to get up. It was only when my tank started to growl I finally gave up on trying to ignore it. I groaned and forced myself to get up and headed to the refueling station. I was halfway there when I overheard voices from the room I was coming up on. It sounded like Megatron and Starscream. I paid no attention to it at first thinking that Megatron was just getting on to Starscream about something. But I stopped in my tracts when I heard Megatron mention my name. Now I was curious, I put my audio receptor on the closed door and listened to their conversation.

"Lord Megatron that is absolutely despicable even for you! You don't seriously believe that doing this will revert things back to the way they were do you?!"

"DO NOT question me Starscream! This is the way it has to be!"

"But my lord! It would absolutely devastate them! They would be too overwhelmed with grief to even think about doing their duties!" I was becoming concerned the more Starscream kept on referring to Them, They couldn't possibly be talking about Breakdown and I, could they?

"They WILL do their duties no matter what!" I heard Megatron snap at Starscream.

"But my lord... Why would you let them keep the sparkling full term if you did not want them to have one in the first place? Couldn't you have just told them to terminate earlier on?" My spark dropped, tears forming in my optics.

"They would not have listened. This is the only way."

"But master!"

"ENOUGH STARSCREAM! I AM YOUR SUPERIOR AND YOU WILL DO AS YOU ARE TOLD!"

"I'm sorry my lord but I won't! I've done terrible things but I will NEVER terminate an innocent sparkling!" Tears fell from my optics and I covered my intake so I wouldn't make noise.

"FINE! Soundwave! See to it that once Knockout has the sparkling it is terminated! As for you!" I then heard a loud clang and I felt the wall vibrate. Megatron had probably punched Starscream into the wall. I staggered back from the door, panic took over me and I immediately started to run as fast as I could in the direction of the medbay. I was crying hysterically and I could tell others were staring at me but I didn't care, I had to tell Breakdown! Don't worry little one, I won't let anything happen to you I promise. I just hope we still have time.

(Breakdowns POV)
I had just finished cleaning the last medical berth when Knockout bursted into the medbay crying hysterically and yelling my name like a mad mech. He basically tackled me into a hug as he cried into my chassis. "Knockout what the frag happened?! Are you ok?!" I had never seen him act like this ever and I was really concerned. I could tell that he was trying to talk but he just couldn't form any words without gasping or venting. "Knockout calm down I can't help you if you can't tell me what's wrong. Just vent slowly." I was trying my best to stay calm myself. He then took a few deep vents and started to slow down his venting as well. After a few deep vents he had finally calmed down. "Ok, now tell me what's wrong." More tears started to form in his optics.

"I-It's h-horrible..." He cried squeezed me tighter.

"Knockout what is it? Tell me." I wrapped my arms around him and started to rub his back struts.

"M-Megatron... H-He..."

"He what? what did he do to you?!" I swear if he put his filthy servos on him I'm gonna kill him.

"He's p-planning to t-terminate our sparkling!" Knockout began to sob uncontrollably. My whole frame went rigid as I processed what Knockout had just said. It couldn't be true. Tears formed in my optics.

"A-are y-you c-certain?" I stuttered shock still flowing through my frame.

"I-I am! I-I overheard M-Megatron give the o-order to Soundwave!"

"What order?"

"To k-kill our s-sparkling once I-it's born!" Knockout cried as he buried his tear stained face in my chassis and continued to sob. My shock turned into anger and I cursed Megatron under my breath. We were fools! We should have known Megatron would never let this happen! What are we going to do now?! I thought and I thought hard but only one option came to mind.

"We have to leave, we can't stay here." I parted from our embrace and frantically started to gather things from around the medbay.

"What? That's a terrible idea! Where would we even go?!" Knockout followed closely behind me as I continued to gather things.

"I don't know... But we can't stay here..." I stopped picking things up and turned to look at him. "Are you with me?" I ask with a reassuring smile. Knockout looked at the items I was holding in my arms and then gave me a small slightly nervous smile of his own and picked up a buffer.

"Always." I grinned and nodded.

"Alright." I grabbed a bag and dumped the items I collected in it and then tossed the bag over my shoulder. "Let's ditch this ship."
