The misery and the shadows
The people in my mind
They feel like haunting gallows
I sit there far away enough
Silently hearing their loud whispers
My blank face conceals my wish to escapeHigh up on the mountains
Sheltered among the crowds of trees
Freedom it feels likeI want to stand in the cool breeze
Away from every broken scene
Nobody there to remind me how life feelsI want to breathe in serenity
As if I don't belong down the trees
Nobody shall ever miss me
Or want for me to spend time in their dreamsI never really belonged here maybe
With a broken mind
That no one would ever see
